Me and my friend had a miscommunication and my friend went to the drive-thru pick up lane thinking I put in an online order. At first, there was this brunette employee who just got my name and disappeared then this other guy came over and just stared at us at first and had a pretty annoyed tone the whole time. He said he didn’t see any orders under my name and when I realized there was a miscommunication between me and my friend, I immediately put in an online order. When I received my order after a few minutes, I asked if they had chipotle sauce as I somehow thought that was a thing. Instead of kindly saying “hey no we don’t have chipotle sauce but we do offer/have this,” this other brunette guy just looked at me like I said something insane and said he doesn’t know what I’m talking about. Even my friend said she didn’t like their attitude and I should probably leave a review. I’m usually generous about workers’ attitude since I understand they are exhausted from working long shifts. So I decided to let things slide since people can’t always provide the best customer service. However, when I got home and unwrapped my burrito, I was genuinely pissed. The guacamole was smeared everywhere and the burrito was atrociously distorted. The portions were bad and I couldn’t even pick it up without it falling apart, which spilled and stained all over my favorite sweatpants. These employees couldn’t do ONE JOB. Like whoever made that thing really looked at that distorted burrito and thought it was good to go lol. If y’all can’t be nice to customers then at least make the burrito right. Also I paid for queso and I’m pretty sure they didn’t even include it. Almost feels like I got scammed. Very unpleasant and infuriating experience and I am never coming back here again.

Some people had very limited food. Some of them needed more. When we visit the store and ask for an extra raise, the person’s face is not happy. We ordered a burrito bowl. They need to give about $10 worth of food, correct? Other than that, they don’t know how to use rewards. They need to learn.
Please be respectful to the customers. This is totally the worst customer service I have ever seen

We love this place! Junior, the manager, truly stands out. He consistently goes above and beyond for every customer and shows genuine care in making sure everyone has a great experience. You can tell he takes pride in his work and his team. We really appreciate the positive energy and great customer service every time we stop by!

Very speedy service when I went during lunch. There was no wait and I was greeted by staff upon approaching the counter. Unfortunately, the order consisted of very different ingredients. The staff completely reversed the order and put the incorrect ingredients in the rice bowls. I’m very disappointed. In addition to getting the incorrect orders there was a piece of hair in my food! I can’t even finish the rest of it because I am very grossed out. Speedy service does not outweigh order accuracy – please take the time to be diligent with fulfilling orders and practicing proper hygiene because this is now money wasted.

1. The portions that were given for the food sucks. Not even a full scoop, and he was holding back on it like they were running out of food.
2. Why is there ice build up in the red sauce.
3. Asked for a thing of dressing for the salad, the guy who is photo in the review told me $1.00. When I questioned it, he told me he didn’t have anymore. Wouldn’t go to the back and told me that the morning shift didn’t make any at all.
Okay, so I work for Chipotle as a manager before all preps are done in the morning. He needs to stop being lazy and don’t want to do his job. He should be scheduled to work with a manager at all times because that type of behavior isn’t needed for customer service along with the lies he told. The cashier white guy red hair with glasses on the shift he was helpful and amazing, willing to go the extra mile, and he should be paid more or bumped up to managers

If a 0 ratting was possible I would do that. I ordered online a salad and got so much rice it was unbelievable. So upset like I got it thru the drive thru, I was in a rush so I didn’t check (which I shouldn’t have to) and it was messed up like so upset.

The entire staff looked angry. I felt like I was being yelled at when I was being asked what I wanted. They didn’t even give me a chance to tell them everything before they were telling me the total. Then when I asked for a receipt they look so aggravated. Food was definitely not worth $13. To have someone just throw it in a bowl.

We love this new Chipotle location! The food is delicious, the manager, Junior, is the king of customer service- very kind and professional. I come to this restaurant a couple times a week to get some grub and help my boys do their homework. The food and atmosphere make the work more enjoyable! Five stars all the way!

This is my favorite Chipotle location. Junior runs a fast and efficient operation. Even during busy lunch hours with long lines, you make it through the line in no time. Generous portions when going through the line unlike some other locations.

This was a quick and easy stop for food. All of the options I liked were available. There was no wait in the line. The servers were friendly. The food was hot and good. I love the different frescas. I like to mix them.
