Ordered ahead with mobile app got there and still waited over 20 minutes. Took 37 minutes for food to be done and only ordered 2 burgers and 2 chicken nuggets and the double quarter pounder only had 1 meat patty. Fries were all under cooked or over cooked.

First and last time at this location. After waiting 25 minutes for curbside I went in and was ignored by one lady. After standing there for another 5-10 minutes a different lady came around the corner with “my food” and said there is only 1 person working the kitchen. I made the mistake of not checking the order and did not get 2-10 piece nuggets. Don’t think I’ve ever had to wait that long at a McDonald’s only to get screwed over.

New McDonald’s near to H-E-B with ample parking outside and have drive thru. Have seating arrangements which is clean and restroom are also maintained clean. Lack of staff at the counter which sometimes frustrates walk in customers. There’s no one serves counter and delay in providing kiosk orders. Food has been served warm and staff are nice.

I’ve ordered from here before. I won’t again. The service here is non existent! There is no urgency at all. This time I just ordered an ice tea. Ordered from the app. It took them 5 minutes to even acknowledge that I was there and another 3-4 to bring a tea. A girl (only person slower than her was her manager) walked up and said can I help you. I explained the app order. She looked at me and said it’s going to be a few minutes. She finally came back up front and I asked to speak to a manager. Who to my surprise, cared even less. McDonald’s is McDonald’s but this place is terrible!

This McDonalds location is horrible. If I could give their service less than 1 star, I would. I ordered breakfast for delivery well before they ended breakfast. Yet when the driver got there, they were not able to get my order. The supposed “manager” of the store called me and told me the order wasn’t going to be fulfilled yet their McDonalds app took my payment and was tracking the order the entire time. Then as I was speaking with the “manager” she hung up on me. This isn’t the first time with horrible or slow service at this location, but this was beyond bad. We love the convenience but we will take our business elsewhere.

I rarely leave reviews, but this particular McDonald’s has been consistently disappointing for months. The drive-through service is painfully slow every single time. It doesn’t seem to matter how busy or quiet they are — the wait times are always excessive. You can be the only car in line and still sit there for several minutes before anyone even acknowledges you or takes your order.

What’s worse is that it’s not just a one-off experience. Every visit feels the same — no sense of urgency, no communication, and zero effort to move things along. Employees seem disorganized and uninterested in providing even basic customer service.

On a separate occasion, I decided to dine inside hoping it would be a better experience. Unfortunately, it was just as frustrating. Staff members were standing around behind the counter, talking amongst themselves, while customers waited at the register to order. No greeting, no “we’ll be right with you,” not even eye contact. It genuinely felt like the customers didn’t exist. After several minutes of being ignored, I left without ordering.

It’s disappointing because McDonald’s is known for consistency and quick service, but this location completely misses the mark. Management really needs to address the lack of customer focus and accountability. Until there’s noticeable improvement, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

This location is relatively new and already looks dirty. All the windows are filthy, everything inside looks dirty. Food took 15 minutes to come out even though the place was empty. Asked for ketchup when the food came out and the server just ignored me. Someone needs to take a hard look at the management of this chain and make some changes.

I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. I sent my husband to pick up my order, and even though I screenshot him the order number and confirmation, they refused to release my food because my phone was not physically there.
On top of that, the staff was extremely rude. A woman in the background was speaking disrespectfully and said, “I said what I said,” instead of trying to resolve the issue. The attitude was unprofessional and unnecessary.
I will be reaching out to someone above management because this type of behavior and lack of customer service is unacceptable.

I did an online order for drive thru. The place was so backed up, and the druve thru wasn’t moving, so ai changed it to Curbside. Another car showed up 5 min later in the next Curbside order, went inside, and came out 10 min later. I realized nobody was going to come out so ai went inside. For over 5 minutes, not 1 staff came out. Finally, someone started to walk out with my meal. It was literally 1 Grinch Meal. It was ridiculous, and there was no way to get anyone’s attention. So many customers, but not 1 staff member walked out to ever acknowledge anyone, or apologize for wait time. It took over 20 min for me to basically get 1 happy meal. Not acceptable.

This was honestly one of the worst McDonald’s locations we have ever experienced. I understand this location uses the newer concept with limited front counter staff, but there was no one available to assist customers at all. We saw multiple people leave because they couldn’t get help.

We waited about 20 minutes for our food, and when it finally came out, the order was incorrect. Unfortunately, there was no one at the counter to ask for a correction. Our toddler didn’t receive his drink with his meal, and my husband had to repeatedly call out “hello?” for several minutes before someone came up from the back. When someone did finally come to the counter, they were dismissive and rude.

I don’t mind modern ordering systems, but there still needs to be basic customer service and accountability. This experience was frustrating from start to finish, and it seems like everyone in the restaurant had similar experiences.
