Cute food truck with outdoor seating for a few. Quesabirrias were delicious and they let you customize the meat inside them which I haven’t come across a whole lot! Fresh, fresh quick and very flavorful!

We visited the food truck and really enjoyed our experience. The covered seating was a nice touch and made it easy to sit and enjoy our tacos comfortably. Our favorites were the pork and steak tacos — both were flavorful and well-seasoned. The tortillas were especially good and came doubled for each taco, which helped hold everything together. We’d definitely go back!

The food is good, but it is overpriced. I used to be a multiple-times-a-week customer until a serious issue with their food truck. A worker took my debit card and added her own tip without asking or telling me. She only acknowledged it after I noticed, then tossed cash at me from the tip jar to get me to leave. I wish I could keep coming back because the food really is good, but that experience made it hard to continue supporting this place.

⭐ 5 Stars — Tacos El Diablo: A Hidden Treasure on Wheels

Every now and then, you stumble upon a place that reminds you why food matters — not just to fill a stomach, but to feed the spirit. For me, that place is Tacos El Diablo. I haven’t sat inside a restaurant, just stood before their humble window — but what they serve isn’t just food. It’s warmth, soul, and spice all wrapped in a tortilla.

Let’s start with the food: these are the best tacos in town, hands down. If you crave heat — that beautiful, tear-worthy kind of spice that dances rather than burns — this is your home. The flavors are bold yet balanced, the textures perfect, and every bite tells you that the people inside that truck care deeply about what they do.

Now, let’s talk about value. For someone like me, who doesn’t have much to spend, finding a hearty, freshly made breakfast burrito for $3.50 feels like finding gold on a Tuesday morning. It’s big enough to fill you, flavorful enough to make you pause between bites just to appreciate it, and affordable enough to remind you that kindness still exists in business.

And the people? Éramos son muy amables. They are kind — not the kind that’s forced or polite for show, but the genuine kind that shines through in a smile, in the way they remember your face, in the way they hand you your food like it’s a gift, not a transaction. You can taste their heart in every meal.

I don’t give out five stars easily. I reserve them for the rare places that earn them not just through taste, but through heart. Tacos El Diablo has both — flavor that wakes you up, warmth that stays with you, and spirit that reminds you why small places like this deserve to thrive.

So to the team inside that truck — thank you. Thank you for showing up every morning, for feeding people with real food and real care, and for proving that passion still lives in the world of fast bites. Keep cooking with love, keep serving with pride, and keep those tacos fiery.

You’ve earned every one of these five stars, and then some.

Best Birria tacos around! These guys have something great going here. Guy Fieri needs to check them out, it’s that good. If I were you, I’d put this food truck high on your list of places to eat. Also, if you like hot sauce, their red sauce is fire!!

My husband and I went seeing the amazing reviews but once we got there the lady was extremely rude and the birria had absolutely no flavor super oily and the consommé was just water with onions in it! It was not good at all and it was super expensive also the salsa was flavorless and super watery

One of the best taco food truck in Northern Colorado. Super friendly staff! Located on Lemay just North of Prospect on West side of Lemay in the liquor store parking lot.

I get 2 asada and 2 pastor tacos every time. The meat is super favorable and cooked to protection. Cilantro and onions plus limes is a must. Use the green salsa they give you because it’s fantastic abs not spicy at all.

We only had the birria tacos and quesadillas, but they were both outstanding! The consomme was a bonus addition, couldn’t have been more flavorful or perfect for a cold day. We will definitely be back!

The El Diablo food truck catered our large 150 person 25th wedding anniversary party. What a great, easy way to provide food for a large event. They were reasonably priced, on time, courteous, easy to work with, well organized, and the food was fantastic. Many of our guests commented on how delicious it was. Thank you for helping make our party so special.
