To whomever made my 3 Subs and my egg/cheese/bacon wrap yesterday morning 9/20/24, thank you SOOOOO much. Those were literally the BEST Subs I’ve ever had from Subway, or probably from anywhere, honestly. I really hope you truly did have a great shift, and a great weekend. Agressive staff who harass customers! After waiting ~5 minutes for another employee to come help, while a man named Robert cleaned, I left line to look in the gas station. When someone came to make food, I got back in line and Robert muttered rudely, calling me impatient. I said I wasn’t being impatient but he could have provided an explanation on why we weren’t getting help (common courtesy, as the only one behind the counter). He then got aggressive and said he’s off duty and he doesn’t have to put up with anyone talking to him like that and told us “to come at him” while making aggressive postures towards us. Went on a hostile rant about how I can call his manager and yelled his name at us. He is clearly a very violent, emotionally unstable person who should not be in customer service. Very lucky I did not call the cops.

Subway, sandwich was ok thanks to the girls who work for the gas station! Girl who worked for subway was on her phone and waiting to use the bathroom lol ok. It’s lunch time! But over all I just said the ingredients looked like they weren’t fresh. Atleast 2 days old atleast. Whoever owns this spot put more time into your business instead of just collecting the money! Obviously you don’t care about your business but it’ll soon catch up to you!

While the sandwich (spicy Italian) tasted very good and our sandwich artist was very nice, my husband got food poisoning from eating it. They aren’t keeping their food at a proper temperature or possibly not keeping up with their hygiene.
