An amazing spot for Thai cuisine in Evanston! This small restaurant has some of the best Asian food around with the plus of the really fair prices and large portion sizes. We got the pad Thai, kang keow waan, and the pad krapao. Everything was super flavorful and delicious, best enjoyed sharing with friends! I also highly recommend trying the Thai iced tea here—it’s so creamy and perfectly rich. If you’re looking for a Thai spot in Evanston, come to Siam Splendiour!

Siam Splendour is an AMAZING restaurant serving rich, delicious curries with large portions for a decent price. In particular, their green curry is wonderful and decadent.

I don’t ever leave reviews, but after eating here at least once a week during college, I had to. This place LITERALLY KEEPS ME ALIVE during school – the kao pad kari and panang curry are actually touched by the gods. Also, you can’t miss the thai ice tea – it’s so so good! It’s usually slammed during the weekends with desperate college students looking for hot food, so make sure to make a reservation. It’s so wonderful here! 🙂

Wish the buffet is still here but super tasty food. Portion size is generous and veggies fresh.
Cucumber salad in large size: HELLO
Papaya salad: som tum done right
Chicken satay: real tender and not dry with yum peanut dip
MeeKrob: not so good this time
Green curry : we ordered one mild and one medium spicy… ️ go with the mild unless you can handle the heat
Pad see ew: great balance and noodle is soft and chewy.

This is a very small restaurant (approximately 6 tables of four). Service is decent unless they get busy as they also offer take-out as well as delivery. Is it as good as a restaurant in downtown Chicago? Well no but for Thai food in Evanston it’s worth the trip. It’s in a small strip mall so there is free parking.

I now live out of state, and this is the first restaurant I go to when I’m back in town. My favorite Thai restaurant in Chicago. Go here, make sure you try the Tom Yum Shrimp, Pad Thai, and Panang Curry Chicken. This restaurant is so consistently good. Always the same great fresh taste.

The authenticity and availability of dishes was amazing. Dining there made me feel like I was in a busy family home. I can’t wait to go back.
We had pad see ewe, tod mun, and som tum. Spice level was just right.

Its was ok. The food was sweeter than expected but still edible. The cashier was hospitable and friendly. I guess the price seemed acceptable based on its location, but overall the service from a takeout standpoint was decent enough.

Really like their food. Everything was warm and delicious. There’s 3 levels of spice– and I recommend level 3. It wasn’t too overwhelming and gave the food a really nice kick

I thought I am in Thailand for a second! I ordered Moo-Sarong, one of the ancient Thai appertiser way back when Portuguese and Chinese sailing boats to Thailand for trades. This dish was excellent, tender and crispy. Pad Prik Sod is one of my own favorite dishes. This restaurant made this dish perfectly spice and fresh! Highly recommended this place for anyone who want to try authentic Thai food!
