I think the platter I got was slightly underwhelming, but then again, it’s called the Shawarma Guys for a reason (I should’ve gotten a shawarma wrap). The lady at the front was really sweet, though.

Very poor service. The lady was rude on the phone. She replies to phone by saying “yes”. She took the oreder but when i arrived she said she hasnt started cos she said i might not show up. If her worry was that she should have told me that on phone. Very poor customer service.

My new favorite! Today was my 2nd time ordering/eating at Shawarma Guys at the Waldorf, MD location within 2wks., and both times the food was AMAZING!! I literally was intentional about going back the next time that I was in Waldorf because of my first experience. The first time I ordered the salad bowl with lamb and chicken, and the freshness, the delicious flavors, the tenderness of the chicken and lamb was absolute perfection. And today’s visit was no different; I ordered the rice bowl this time with lamb and chicken, and for the first time I tried the samosas and they were cooked to order, golden brown, flaky, buttery, the perfect addition to my order! The owner (mom) and son are also very pleasant, friendly and customer service is top-tier. There’s a special appreciation for fresh, authentic Mediterranean food, and the special attention the owner (mom) puts into each dish served. Lastly, the cleanliness of the frontline and back house in the kitchen did not go unnoticed, and is appreciated. I will be back!

Amazing Food, made to order with fresh ingredients and care. Their Beef Shawarma wraps are amazing! I eat here every chance I get. The white sauce makes it even better. Mango lassie was also on point.

We had the Salad and the Shawarma. The beef in the salad was well seasoned, the veggies were fresh and crisp, and the portions are worth the price. The staff is Super friendly. Good option for a Mall Food Court.

I tried the beef shawarma and lamb kabob bowl and was unimpressed. The place looks clean and nice and the staff was amazing however the food did not taste authentic AT ALL. Anyone who’s ever eaten a shawarma before knows what a good shawarma tastes like. For starters, the shawarma used a regular tortilla. My beef shawarma literally looks and tastes like a burrito from a Mexican restaurant. I think the issue is that this restaurant doesn’t use authentic seasonings and spices. EVERYTHING could be purchased from Walmart (I would’ve preferred middle-eastern market or a pita wrap). I expected the beef to be shaved from a spin wheel but it was grilled (not even open flamed grilled). Overall, the food was decent but is NOT what you would expect from a place called “Shawarma Guys”. I’ve spent less than a year in Kuwait and Iraq so I could be a tad bit biased.
