I have known this owner since they owned Kimchi restaurant at Little Rock, Arkansas few years ago. I took my sons and their friends many times when they attended OBU. They absolutely loved everything they made and it was their ultimate favorite restaurant. When I incidently found out that they moved here to take over Kobe restaurant, I had to visit them. I was quite impressed with the place and the foods. They make awesome sushi and they also have many vegetarians and gluten free tasty foods. They were very attentive and kind to their customers as always. They will adjust your diet restrictions gladly and the owner loves to cook. I had Don Kasu along with sushi which was so good with generous portion and reasonable price. They also cook delicious Korean food and they will accommodate if they have available ingredients. I am so glad this restaurant exist close to me.

Ordered Korean Jjambong which is not on the official menu. It is delicious and comparable to the Jjambong in New York. Ordered Don Katsu (Pork cutlet which is served with home made sauce – 10 out of 10). They have home made Kimchi. Kimchi was really good. Better than the store bought you can find around here.
Ordered the Tempura too which is absolutely delicious!! Must be eaten when hot and crispy!!
Jjambong is only available if you dine in. Might take a bit longer when they are busy to come out.

I absolutely love this place! The attention is always great—friendly staff and super fast service. I’ve tried several things on the menu including their sushi rolls, edamame, and other appetizers, and everything has been fresh and delicious. Most recently, I had a poke bowl, and it was amazing—fresh ingredients, great flavor, and a generous portion. This has quickly become one of my favorite spots for sushi and poke in the area. Highly recommend!

The service is exceptional—staff members are genuinely friendly and attentive. The highlight, of course, is the food. Everything we ordered, from the juicy crawfish bowls to the zesty Salmon Poke bowl, was fresh and bursting with flavor. We also indulged in a Rainbow roll and a mixed fried veggie appetizer, which featured a wonderfully smooth batter that perfectly complemented the accompanying sauce. I can’t recommend this place enough! If you haven’t been here yet, you’re missing out on a diverse menu that’s sure to please every palate.

The sushi and rolls here are, as you’d expect, incredibly fresh and flavorful . What really stood out, though, were the crawfish bowl and tonkatsu—they’re truly exceptional and hard to compare with anything I’ve tried at other restaurants. Every visit exceeded my expectations. Portions are generous, the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, and the staff is attentive without being intrusive. All of this comes at very reasonable prices, making it a perfect spot for a casual meal that doesn’t compromise on quality. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to friends. 🙂
