This was a pleasant surprise. The place is so cute and chill on the inside. The food was SO good and the prices were super decent. The drinks come in to-go cups automatically which I thought was so smart. The waitress was sweet and seemed to know the menu well. This place is underrated and more people should go. I will definitely be returning. Only reason I gave 4 starts is because my whole seat moved when I adjusted myself, so might wanna secure those better

*Absolutely horrible experience.* I used to enjoy coming here once in a while for a quick breakfast. This time I got a skillet that was not even cooked. The cheese wasn’t melted, the peppers weren’t cooked, and it was barely lukewarm. They offered to remake it and it came out burnt. And the Swedish pancakes I got were somehow burnt as well. The chef was constantly and loudly complaining in the kitchen, and the manager was very rude. Will not be coming back.

This is for the East State store. I could not get a straight answer from anyone on who to talk to. The food was cold, biscuits and gravy looked like a pool of gravy with little dumplings in it. My husband’s hash browns were so well done that I picked it up with one hand and it was one piece. The attitudes of the young people working there were horrible towards us. They couldn’t even cook toast right as it was not even toasted. The looks they gave us when we sent the food back was terrible. The guy waitress that says he’s a manager has no clue on what he is doing. We had to go into the other room and serve ourselves. It was ridiculous! Never again are we going through that door!

Probably won’t go again. Cubano was excellent but Italian Beef tasted like Roast Beef. Nice facilities but a little bright and turning down lights would help the atmosphere later in the day. Didn’t notice it posted anywhere but Credit Card surcharge of 3% was unexpected (although many are doing this now).

Event space for medium to smaller weddings, very clean and nice finishes. Good parking easy access. Large outside courtyard area as well. First time DJing this venue. Management was helpful, Reception went smoothly, danced all night.

We just moved to Roscoe and I’m so disappointed in this experience. To be clear, I believe the staff was doing the best they could and this is directed at the management.
I ordered online for pickup this week. I was told to pick up at 5:39. Upon getting the restaurant, it was evident they were understaffed (two front of house and only one back of house). The staff was so friendly and trying to help, knowing they were not prepared for the volume. I didn’t receive the order until 6:05.
I’d love to see the management empower their team, staff appropriately, and ensure customer service isn’t impacted by budget cuts. I paid over $60 for 3 entrees and 3 desserts. The experience should align to that investment.

Have ordered twice from work. Everything tastes fine. The only bad is they need to resolve the issue of soggy food from heat condensation in delivery orders. In a world where delivery has become very commonplace there are better packaging option to help prevent this.

I was very disappointed in the sugar cookie. I was told it was frosted, and uh, it had a very hard covering over it that was supposed to be frosting.
Also purchased bagel sticks as I knew they purchased the recipe from the old bagel place again, was disappointed. They just didn’t taste like the bagel place at all, really doughy.
It was pretty expensive for two cookies and eight bagel sticks, it was over $31

The muffins are so tasty! One of their awesome team members stopped in the office today. I tried one of the muffins. It was so good! The size of it was great as well. I cut it in half and can enjoy the rest later. Yum check out the menu. They have alot! I will be back asap. Love they open early and have a drive thru!

I enjoy Mary’s Market in Rockford so I decided to try the one in Roscoe for lunch. Didn’t even get to the point of being seated as not one employee acknowledged my presence including the manager. I waited at the booth to be seated a good 5/6 minutes. No, “hello” “be with you shortly” nothing. I finally decided to leave but before leaving I went to the counter and asked to speak to the manager. Expressed my concerns and let her know it was unacceptable and her response “I’m sorry. I thought you were trying to order to go.” If youve ever been to Mary’s market there’s a whole counter to order from which I was not standing near. As much as I wanted to say what I was thinking I simply left. Never to return.
