I went in the drive through and ordered 2 piece chicken with mash and corn. The mash was only half filled ( see photo) chicken was over cooked and dry. Lacked flavor. Staff in drive through friendly and polite food not great. Sorry.

The dining room was immaculate! Service was very accommodating since this was my first visit. My chicken tenders and roll were a bit overcooked for my taste. The coleslaw was just like my mother used to make; sweet and mayonnaisey. Yumm!

I really enjoy this chicken express employees are very friendly. The manager Caroline is very nice. When we come back food is always fresh and hot chicken is nice and crispy and still juicing. French fries made fresh to order. Coleslaw is delicious and cold. Tea is always very good here. I recently Tried to hush puppies and those are very good. I definitely recommend if you have not tried them to try them.

2nd review: We ordered (2) 3 pc thighs, jalapeno poppers, 2 unsweet teas, and a cherry and apple pies. When the order was delivered they had only sent 1 of the orders of chicken. The receipt showed we were charged for the correct order. We have ordered from here several times and it has always been fine. We tried calling when we ordered but it said the box was full so we were unable to make sure the order was done correctly. So I have changed my original review to 1’s instead of the original 5’s.

I ordered drive thru at this Chicken Express location for dinner. I hadn’t been to a chicken express for a few years. Anyhow, the person at the speaker/window, I believe her name was Annie, was so friendly and answered all of my questions. We had a bigger order and sometimes big orders can come out soggy and/or cold. To my surprise, everything was hot and crisp. The chicken was delicious and the fries were so good, crispy and hot. We got the poppers , mac and cheese as well as biscuits. Everything was delicious and fresh! I will definitely come to this spot when wanting some fried chicken again. The food also came out fast which surprised me because another Chicken Express in a different town was pretty slow.

This place is absolutely horrible. I’m 9 months pregnant and placed an order for 8 pieces of chicken and specifically repeated three times that I didn’t want any chicken thighs in my order. The sight and texture of thighs is gross to me and gives me nausea. They still gave it to me anyways after I said I didn’t what any. After speaking to a manager she told me that the person is new that she apologize like that makes anything better then offered to replace the two pieces of chicken. Like ma’am I’m in my home all tired from work and I’m going to drive back for two pieces of chicken is insane and a disrespectful. Like good Customer Service does not exist anymore. The customer is always right doesn’t exist anymore. Let me make this right isn’t a thing anymore. It’s the bare minimum they offer. What ever happen to checking on orders and making sure things are correct. This place is known for this and I never say anything. Not the first time but definitely the last. Will never return to rude service

This location isn’t ideal due to the highway access road design. In multiple visits we have had extraordinarily dry chicken, likely from sitting under a heat lamp way too long, or being significantly overcooked. We really like Chicken Express, but this location has been a letdown both times we have tried it, more than a month apart.

So my man and I were binge watching Better Call Saul. Naturally, we both started jonesing HARD for fried chicken. We’re waste deep in season 6, hungry, and suddenly remember that this place FINALLY put up a sign about being open.
First, if it hadn’t been for the woman in front of me who took 8 minutes and asked 100 questions to order her meal, I would have been in and out of there in 5 minutes. They’re speedy!
Second, those prices were awesome! $10 for a 3 piece meal that included a biscuit, a side, and a drink? SWEET!
Then, they were so ridiculously courteous, you’d think Gus Fring was running this location! Absolutely phenomenal staff!
Finally, it was delicious! I had fried okra. My man had mashed potatoes. We both had yummy, juicy chicken.
Zero complaints. We’ll obviously be coming back here during the next binge session. See y’all very soon!

Great service, an attendant came out to ask me about substituting chicken because they did not have any legs. He then took my payment before I made it to the window and brought my food directly to me. Hardly any wait, gold star service.
