They need a screen in the drive thru to show you what you ordered.
I ordered two pizzas… One large veggies pizza and one large pepperoni pizza.
They put the pepperoni with the veggies pizza for one large pizza and charged me $24.58 for one pizza.

Can’t give less when you ask for extra red pepper after taking two pizza and they give you this. Franchise is gettingworse by hiring this young kids

Pizza was good, but the lady taking my order always sounds ticked off. Plus she’s not even working the register. they always have to reconfirm my order and end up getting it wrong.

If I could rate this a 0 I would! Store was empty and they left me waiting at the drive thru for 10 minutes! I had to go to the window to be able to talk to someone and some girl (on the chunkier side) said it was because they were busy? And was obviously upset because I asked! I could see one of the workers in the back laughing and rolling his eyes.

Soooooooooo we purchased 3 pizzas and guess what the guy on drive thru dropped one of the pizzas. Picked it up and placed it back in the warmer. Hadn’t realized that he decided to hand it to us. I get home and guess what, he had handed it to us. From my understanding under guidelines by the food and health administration it’s to be DISPOSED of David R. So I proceed to call to speak to the manager Brenda and was left on hold for 15 minutes after she picked up. Horrible!!!!! Train your employees better!!!!!
