I went to the churn a month ago to get Some Chicken Nuggets and a Chocolate Ice cream. I tried my Nuggets` but for some reason before I took a bite I saw the nuggets were spicy and I DIDN’T LIKE IT! I took a bite of the Chocolate Ice cream and it was fine

Excellent breakfast with affordable prices. Tater tots were hot and crispy and the egg sandwich was perfect. They weren’t skimpy with the ketchup either! Two thumbs up. There was enough parking at the abandoned gas station next door and alongside the railroad museum to park an RV.

Such a cute little stop. We got shakes, a scoop of peach icecream (my favorite!) and lunch (burger, pork chop sandwich, hot dog and fries.) Food took longer than we’d have liked to cook, so order ahead if you are thinking of a quick stop. Perfect lunch stop if you’re taking a detour on 21 instead of the interstate. Some picnic tables in the back to sit and eat, a big field next door if kids need to run around, and something called Branch Junction, an old timey town that may just be seasonal because it was closed. Still a fun spot to get energy out while we waited for lunch.
Food was basic, but the icecream was legit. Better than drivethru for sure, so make the stop and stretch your legs for a bit!

We drove past The “Churn”, saw the ice cream churn logo, and circled around to go check it out. Surely, a place with a name like that has amazing, fresh, homemade ice cream, right? Wrong. This place serves store bought ice cream. Extremely disappointed. The Churn needs a new name.

The people were polite. The food was hot and delicious. There was a short wait. I ordered a hamburger basket and I was pleasantly surprised. I had never eaten there before and they served fresh, homemade french fries. They were amazing! The burger was so much better than a fast food place. Highly recommend!

Basic walk-up service old school fast food restaurant. Been a staple in this community for a VERY long time. Hamburgers, fries, ice cream, and other things. Locals love it, lots of nostalgia. My kids love it.

Stop through Branchville working for spectrum needed a little lunch I see this place every time I come through decided I was going to give it a chance got to Philly cheese steak at first it kind of threw me off it’s on a regular burger bun I’m used to seeing a Philly steak on a sub roll but it did not disappoint me I will tell you that it was delicious and they’re great fries and they also do my Philly cheese steak the way I like them at home onions mushrooms and peppers most places try to tell me you don’t put mushrooms on Philly these people do and so do I if you’re in Branchville the churn is the place to go
