My husband tried the chicken place next door so I just got bacon cheese fries from here.
Would not recommend.
The fries were hot, the bacon was fine, the cheese was not hot enough. I could tell as he poured it on the fries. Just get a burger or sandwich.

These guys have my favorite hotdog at Nats Park. Get their dog with cheese sauce, then add the ground deli mustard from one of the condiment stations. It’s the best. Note – Shake Shack is notorious for long lines, so order ahead through the MLB Ballpark App (if available). There’s a fast lane for season ticket holders which is awesomely convenient.

I ordered from the Shake Shack app and was never notified any updates on my food, most notably I wasn’t informed when my food was delivered. My food sat outside for 30 minutes and was eaten by a rat. So gross and sad! Was impossible to get a timely response from Shake Shack, the number listed on google for them wasn’t linked to their location (or the brand?) so was left without food and without help! Bummed. Don’t recommend ordering through their app.

Disappointing Experience at Shake Shack
I recently visited Shake Shack and was extremely disappointed with my experience. I waited for a staggering 4 hours for my order, only to leave without being served. This long wait was not only frustrating but also unacceptable for a restaurant of this caliber.
I understand that busy times can lead to delays, but 4 hours is beyond reasonable. Communication from the staff was lacking, and it felt like my concerns were not taken seriously. I hope that Shake Shack can improve their service and ensure that this doesn’t happen to other customers in the future.

The my burger was cold!!! Cashier was not friendly or helpful. WHY would you serve cold food if someone is paying $12 ($11.49) for a burger!!!! Keep the attitude at home. We all have to work. I spent in total almost $60 for 3 burgers and 3 drinks. Never again!!!

I’ve been here several times right before/after a ballgame at Nats park. It’s the traditional Shake Shack if you know what to expect. For those who don’t, they have pretty good fast food burgers and crinkle cut fries. Their burger sauce is very good!
