I don’t always go Karen, but when I do…June 2, 2023 @9pm, As I walk in the manager tells me she’ll be right with me, and turns her back on me and folds boxes for about 5mins. A delivery driver walks by and asks if I need help and I tell him I just have a pick up order. He’s very friendly, gets my order and hands it to me. I always check the pizza when I pick it up. See photo for what I opened the box to. Like it had been dropped or something. “Manager” grudgingly offered to remake it but said it would take half an hour. We had ordered other food and had been out all day so me and my family just wanted to get home so I asked for some marinara. She proceeds to give me one tiny cup of marinara, so I asked for a couple more. She cops an attitude and sighs about it. I ask her what’s the problem. “We normally charge 80cents for those” was her answer. I nearly lost my mind and went full Karen. This lady had the audacity to serve me this garbage, have an attitude with me about it, and then complain about her 80cent sauce. Apparently she couldn’t do math because me not accepting a remake saved her from dropping a free pie, but asking for sauce crossed the line?

This was the worst pizza I’ve ever had. I love pizza and I can usually find some redeeming qualities in any pizza but this one was actually terrible. The sauce had no flavor, the bread was floppy and thin and tasted like cardboard. There was so much cheese and it tasted like plastic. It was really bad.

I ordered delivery and it’s my first time ordering from this location. I am a 10 minute drive away, but I was too tired to get it myself after work. The estimated time was over an hour from when I put the order in. It does not take that long to make pizza or drive 10 mins. I am confused, hungry, and I should have gone somewhere else.

If I have to order delivery pizza, Papa John’s is probably my go to. Idk what happened with the spinach on this particular order but usually they do not disappoint and I really like their Alfredo pizzas! Delivery is usually a reasonable amount of time and the delivery people are nice.

Do yourself a favor and save the $4.99 delivery fee and eat somewhere else… after driving to the restaurant cause no one was picking up the phone to see what’s taking so long on an order from 7:36pm a doordash driver left with my order. I decided to let it go and drive back home which took me less than 10 minutes. Got home and found our pizza on the door mat without a door bell being rung… and I know this because I left my husband at home…. I don’t know whats going on with papa johs but this is definitely not it…

I get that mistakes are made. It happens everywhere. That said my pizza was given to someone else accidentally. They did correct the error and remade my pizza but when you are on a time constraint that 20 some minutes hurts. Thank you for correcting it but I’m not sure this place will get its act together.

I was at the store and wanted to place an order. It was busy. While I was waiting someone came to drop off a resume looking for work and one of the older gentleman with a thick accent (who cares, just trying to give detail of said person) started hollering from the back of the store to the girl in the front “throw it away, it’s trash!” A couple times at that! It was not funny! That is NOT how you treat people! That person applying probably felt so uncomfortable because they quickly left and so did I. That’s disgusting!! Don’t work with and around people, especially customer service if you don’t know how to human, dude!

The younger guy has a bad attitude. He didn’t want to take my order because he told me I had to wait 25 or 30 minutes. Anyway, I wanted to wait, the guy kept arguing, talking, and ignoring me. The older man was so respectful that he wanted to take my order, but the younger one wouldn’t let him. How can a restaurant allow that kind of people where they don’t even respect their coworkers, they ignore them, they should look for staff with good customer service, People go to buy, not to ask for free .

So for game day we ordered our pizza 5 hours early to ensure delivery was on time and when we called to check on order due to it being past delivery time. The employee told us rudely “That we along with 50 other people ordered our pizza for that time so we needed to wait.” So obviously we canceled our order due to the attitude of the employee. He didn’t cancel the order and Doordash delivered anyways. I tipped the driver (no fault of his) and ordered Marcos Pizza and will not do business with them again.

Do not order from Uber here, Even though they outsource all delivery drivers to Uber anyway… This store takes no responsibility for any 3rd party vendors. The “manager” couldn’t even tell me who worked expo for my order to confirm if our extra sauce was even given to the driver. 6/1/25 @ 6:51pm, This “manager” needs to be fired or her “boss” needs to be on site for quality control… should’ve known better and i like to give line workers benefit of the doubt but this location always reeks of marijuana.. Just sayin
