We were the only people in there and it still took forever to make 3-6 inch subs. There were two employees, and neither one of them seemed to know what they were doing. They didn’t know what meets went on the sandwiches. They told us we couldn’t have certain sandwiches cause they were out of the item which were clearly sitting right there, we could see it through the glass. They were not friendly and they overcharged us. We got three 6 inch subs no specialties or extras. One as a combo medium size sized and it was $30.???? I tried to explain to her she was overcharging us, but she had no clue and wouldn’t give me the receipt with the items on it only my debit card receipt. We were headed to the airport and needed to eat and didn’t have time to stop again , especially since it took so long. We love Subway but seriously, these ladies were a mess!

I came around 12 during lunch time and was not welcomed at all. When I walked in, the employee had an attitude and was wearing headphones. I honestly felt like I was not wanted there, like “just leave the store.” If you don’t like your job, you shouldn’t treat customers this way. This kind of behavior really affects the business.

Staff clearly isn’t trained at all. Nice but clearly haven’t been trained how to effectively do their jobs. Manager’s clearly don’t care either as they are ALWAYS out of multiple item’s and or meats. Have been 3 or 4 times staff is extremely slow and take 30 minutes to make 3 subs. Also saw multiple flies flying around.

Whoever owns this franchise location should be ashamed of themselves!!! Stood there for at least 5 minutes to watch the single employee work on an order of 3 identical sandwiches in front of me. He had one speed; snail, although that’s an insult to the snail!!! I obviously left before ordering!!! Next time I have a hankering for a sub I’ll go to jimmy johns or jersey mikes! Worst subway Ive ever been in!!! Please close so someone decent can take your place!

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME. THEY ARE OUT OF MOST OF ALL THE ITEMS TO MAKE A SANDWICH. WORKERS ARE JUST THERE TO COLLECT A CHECK. NO ONE IS ORDERING SUPPLIES. 2ND TIME GOING IN AFTER THINKING THEY PROBABLY RESTOCKED SINCE THE FIRST TIME, BUT NOTHING CHANGED. The were out of most of their baked goods. They only had wheat bread and 2 old cookies. I recommend if you’re doing an online deal, come inside and see if they even have what you want before you order.
