I ordered a brownie batter frosty, 2 medium chocolate frostys, 2 large fries, and a 10 piece chicken nugget. I was then given an Oreo frosty and my 2 large fries. After sitting for a minute they come and ask if I got my 2 medium frostys and I say no and they proceed to bring me 2 small vanilla frostys and tell me the nuggets never got rung in. They didn’t give a receipt so I couldn’t check but after words I looked at how much I spent and it was the amount for the nuggets and 2 mediums so I ended up getting double charged on the nuggets. This severely upsets me as they had read it back to me at the speaker after I had to repeat it multiple times because the lady kept reading back the wrong thing and forgetting which items I ordered. Will not go back to this location again.

The store was closed at 9pm on a Friday night 10-25-24 while all the employees was inside sitting down. They would not answer the drive through and the doors was locked! I took pictures and in one of them you can see that the employees is sitting down riding the clock. The Wendy’s on college street in Auburn,al.. I seen 8 cars at the drive through and no one answered and just like me they drove off.. Closed an hour before time

So I’m at the register waiting to be served. I had to wait until the cashier finished sending his text message before even being acknowledge. Then when he finally finished his text he looks up at me as if I’m taking the order. I’m use to a how may I help you or some sort of a greeting. After we finished our staring competition he finally says “go ahead”. Where is the simple customer service etiquette?

Do not go to the one one college st! Night oct 21! Terrible for many reasons. Wait with no crowd. Green ripe tomatoes, chicken filet slimy like not cooked and the large fried was half full. The one by Publix is so much better!!!

Don’t come to this location and don’t order from here the quality is terrible!
I have made several delivery orders and several times they have gotten my orders wrong or missing items. Food quality is terrible, burgers are dry, nuggets were uncooked and I recently ordered 2 large chocolate Frostys and the cup was only half full. I tried calling them and got hanged up on.
Avoid the risk of getting any food borne illness and wasting money.

Very friendly clean and they are mindful when putting your food together! The Dave’s triple looks exactly like its supposed to not smashed or floppy and the chicken was crispy as well as the lettuce in the Asiago sandwich!! Thank you for a fantastic experience!!
