I’ve been ordering from this store for almost 5 years and usually never have an issue and have never called in on a mistake but today I called in and spoke to Blanca who was extremely rude. They messed up the pizza and when I asked for a refund she asked me to wait while they remade and delivered a new pizza and gave it he old one back or get a 10 dollar credit on an 18 dollar pizza and have my family wait another 30 mins to eat. I asked for 18 dollars credit with out another pizza being delivered. She told me no that I had to give the pizza back that I ordered via delivery in order to get the 18 dollar credit. I work in customer service and would never ask for this from a customer. Besides all that she was extremely rude and abrasive over the phone.

I thought patience was a virtue. Like, good things come to those that wait but 30 minutes for just a little personal pizza only to get the boneless wings that looked like someone took a bite out of two of them. For the life of me, I can’t understand how the cook can cook the food and put it in the box without saying to themselves…. that’s not good. I mean, they had 30 minutes. And they still couldn’t get it right. And here’s me breaking my personal policy to not tip unless I have an actual server.

I would like to acknowledge the staff at this Pizza Hut has knocked it out the park today! Our pizza was absolutely delicious, it was very pleasing to the eye and hot and fresh! The lady at the counter was pleasant to communicate with and was quick with her service. I just had to let them know.

The only real thing I got from there was the big dinner box or dinner box. There was something about the square pizza getting to the right crispness and all the fixings. Now they make the round pizzas with the dinner box and everything comes in separate boxes. Something about it just isn’t the same. I’m sure it wasn’t the stores decision, but it’ll make me never order anything from here anymore. There’s too many pizza places to come here.

Delivery driver was friendly however, The food I ordered was complete opposite of what the receipt was. I call the store to kindly request a refund. Person hung up on me. When
i called the next day and spoke to the Sherry, the manager, she required explanation, to which I gave her. Then I was told by the manager that they needed to do research to find out what happened. I will be 128 years old before I get a refund. Do not eat here. Go to frozen section at the grocery store and get a Red Barron. Way better!!!!
