The Primal Grill is easily one of my favorite spots in Madison County, MO for a fresh and healthy meal. Their commitment to natural ingredients really shines through in every dish. I highly recommend the taco flight, which features a steak, chicken, and pork taco. Each one is paired with a specific, incredibly flavorful sauce that brings the whole meal together. If you need a refreshing drink, the Green-ya Collada smoothie is a must-try. The daily soup samples are a great touch, and you will inevitably want to order a full bowl after one taste. The owner and staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Since it is best enjoyed to-go, I suggest calling ahead so your order is ready when you arrive. Do yourself a favor and stop by for a high-quality local meal.

Got my first deconstructed rice bowl #mealprep!
Wow its delicious! Got the chicken and rice with curry sauce and beef rice bowl. They give veggies, beans and sauce on the side so I was able to heat it up separately before adding them to the dish. It is soooo good!! Even days after purchase, its stays fresh in how they package and prepare it. Very excited about this new addition to primal grill.

Fantastic food! I have eaten here on a few occasions and have been very impressed. The creative blend of flavors was exactly the FRESH taste I was looking for. Price was absolutely fair The quality was awesome! I have eaten from the food truck each time so far, but store is opening this weekend. I was able to talk to the head guy (possibly the owner) and he was very humble and professional. We look forward to frequently visiting the new store!

10/10 this place!! It takes a lot for me to leave a review, but the only complaint I have is that I didn’t stop in sooner. I have a lot of food sensitivities and it’s very defeating and draining eating out just to feel terribly. I visited primal grill today and I have to say it is one of the few times that I have eaten out and felt energized, recharged and satisfied after eating a meal! No hives, no bloat, no brain fog, no fatigue. The first time ever locally! I am so thankful for Primal Grill and I will absolutely be back!

Primal grill is a fantastic establishment with very nice people who run the restaurant and food truck! The food is healthy and plenty satisfying to eat and I never leave with an empty stomach! I have been eating at their store as well as their traveling food truck for probably a year and have always had a positive experience as well as a delicious meal. The owner is a kind man who is very talented with his cooking and prioritizes freshness of ingredients over everything!
