My pizza was perfect but horrible customer service, especially after leaving church. I politely asked the man who saw me walk in and continued to make four pies. After a few minutes I asked if anyone else was working (after not being greeted walking in- i walked in chipper…) he responded, “No there is not”
So I calmy loudly said im here to pick up my order that is ready. Before he grabbed my one box, he took four pies out of the oven, cut them, drizzled them and then got my one box.
Please hire more staff!
PS I sat in front and watched another woman come in while I wrote this review, he was doing the same but immediately responded and helped her. We were two different races. I am hopeful that is NOT the case.
Update: Hispanic man walked in. Ignored. And a woman staff appeared. 2 ppl on site
Pizza – Just like last time, the medium hand-tossed pizza with chicken, capsicum, onions, extra cheese, and garlic crust was excellent. Fresh, flavorful, and loaded with toppings. The chicken was tender, the veggies crisp, and the extra cheese gave it a rich, indulgent feel without being greasy. The garlic crust was a standout – perfectly savory with that soft-yet-slightly-chewy texture I enjoy. Portion-wise, it’s easily enough for 2–3 people, and everyone enjoyed it.
Pasta – This was where my first order fell short, but I was pleasantly surprised this time. The chicken Alfredo pasta arrived in a good portion size, was well-seasoned, and not overly salty like before. It was still fresh and creamy, and felt more balanced overall.
Delivery & Service – Both times, my food arrived piping hot and fresh, and this time it was at my door in under 30 minutes. While sides like ketchup, chili flakes, or garlic powder would still be a nice touch, the improvement in pasta quality makes a big difference to the overall experience.
Overall:
✅ Pizza – consistently excellent.
✅ Pasta – big improvement in portion and flavor.
⚡ Delivery – quick and reliable.
⚠️ Sides – still missing, would enhance the experience.
Would definitely reorder both pizza and pasta again, especially now that the pasta quality has improved.
The staff trys hard and I appreciate that but missing toppings or failures to follow instructions are hard to look past .
For me, places like this get a visit when there are few to no convenient options, or when I’m in the mood for something completely different. I haven’t been to the physical location of this store, so I can’t speak to the overall cleanliness of the shop or of the in-person experience. My only experience is having ordered delivery from them.
In fact, it just occurred to me that this whole recent transaction was completed without any interaction with another human being. The order was placed online and delivered via contactless delivery. How unusual (for me, at least)!?
I recently ordered two, two-topping pizzas from them and found the whole experience to be a step above adequate. The pies had the standard puffy crust and were appointed with a reasonable amount of toppings. They weren’t particularly visually appealing nor displeasing. My only complaint was that one had bbq sauce instead of pizza sauce and it was on the dry side after cooking. Still the delivery arrived in just over 30 minutes all hot and ready to go, and during dinner time on a week night. Your go, Domino’s! Here’s an above average rating!
Look, if your want unique and inspirational, go somewhere else, but if your want cheap and cheerful, Domino’s is the best of the corporate bunch!
They make the pizzas on time, distribute ingredients consistently throughout, and don’t burn them. That’s all I can really ask for.
