Managers start managing do your job!!! What’s the point of having options you choose to have but you get none of them it even shows on my receipt that I asked for napkins and for my sandwich to be cut in half and I got none of that. I didn’t even get a straw what’s going on? I’ve given this place like four chances and I’m done with it. It should’ve been one and done food’s OK but your customer service is garbage at least the ones that are directly at the drive-through you guys suck making excuses oh we’re out of bread you gotta wait 20 minutes. Oh, we forgot about your order. What’s the excuse this time not cutting my sandwich in half not giving me a napkin and no straw?

I bought the most expensive sandwich, cost me $29 when I opened it it had a slice of bacon that you can read newspaper looking trough, and slice if beef you can see it on the pic that is thiner then a slice of cheese!!! Basically I got bread with frozen letice!!! The worst sandwich i ever eat, when I went there next day to show them that this is unacceptable, they said that pics on the menu have nothing to do with real sandwich that it wasn’t a mistake it’s just how they scam people!!! So if anyone wants frozen letice with bread and cheese for 29 dollars should come to this place!!!!

Everytime I order a sandwich these people NEVER fail on messing up my food!!!! Never going to this location again they suck and clearly don’t do their jobs!!!! Remade my sandwich TWICE and still messed it up. I made sure to get a refund! PATHETIC

Clerk said bread was made today… but I just don’t think it really was. Overall I just wasn’t impressed… the sandwich was poorly made… mayo only in the center areas, all the edges of the bread were dry as a bone, tomatoes were ripe, but clearly had been sitting out a bit. It was just OK. I probably won’t go back for a long time.

Solid place for a sandwich but its not freaky fast. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was the lack of staff on site during my time visiting. If our visit was shorter I definitely would give it five stars but unfortunately it took a while to get our sandwich.

On Sept 21st my wife and I went through your drivethrough 1pm 1 car in front of us we ordered 1 small Turkey sandwich while waiting for the order the young lady operating the window stood in front of us texting on her phone.cant give a name because she was not wearing one ,we waited approx 27 min, 1 guest inside and us in car .very unprofessional staff and clearly not in the business of customer care.

My number 16 had nothing besides meat and cheese (the wrong type of meat). Also left out the pickle which I paid extra for. Waste of money… take the time to get the order correct. No one wants a dry sandwich with no veggies and condiments.
