I hate to sound like this but there were a lot of people in here that weren’t ordering. I had to order off the kiosk and then pay at the counter because I had cash and I was standing there for at least 15 minutes. The lady that finally cashed me out was really nice but I won’t go back to this one. The nuggets were fresh though.

We have been to this location multiple times, and every time the wait time & the service just gets worse! The employees don’t care if they have orders made properly. Management & employees are roo busy talking to each other to even care, and they delete orders before they are ready so they don’t know if they have been served. The inside guests are usually waiting at least 15 minutes to receive their food. This is the worst location I have been to in Las Vegas!!

This was my first time entering a McDonald’s for the past year-and-a-half! This is my first time entering McDonald’s here in Vegas. It was very new to me I walked in and there was no menu no cash register no cashier you had to do everything by phone or some large monitor they have out for you to make your order. It was totally new to me but it was super fast I loved it and the customer service was awesome! And those guys work super fast. McDonald’s still have a lot of improvement in their food it tastes awful. I was so happy to see that they had the steak and egg bagels, I was so excited to try it! The hash browns are too oily the eggs don’t taste like eggs anymore and the steak was super dry. I took a couple of bites and I threw it out.

Worst McDonald’s ever! Always wrong order. Always have to pull around and wait for order. Takes forever and good is almost always wrong. Thought maybe it was a one time issue but no it’s just a badly run McDonald’s. I go over to the one on Sahara now.

I was very disappointed with this McDonald’s. You know Mr Donald wouldn’t be happy. I asked for fresh fries out of the fryer waited 20 minutes got cold fries. I would have went back in and put them on blast but I was in a bit of a rush considering I had to wait 20 minutes. I won’t be coming to this location I have better luck on Paradise and Twain.
