I went to Olive Garden in Laurel MD 02/08/2026 around 8pm the food was good simple my check was 19.06 instead of paying on the kiosk I had cash so I left a 20 and 5 and went to the bathroom after I came out my server came up to me and said I haven’t paid and I said I left cash on the table showing him the picture he said you only left a 5 i said no no no showed him the picture he took and picture of it and went to his manager I’m waiting at the front trying to figure out why this is happening to me I left enough for food and a decent tip. One of the managers asked me if I need help I showed him the picture of the money I just left and explained to him what’s going on
The server came out with another manager so explained to her and said I don’t like being accused of not paying my bill. Right to my face I didn’t pay like no you’re not doing this today I ordered I ate I paid.

We love going to Olive Garden and this Valentine’s Day lunch with my daughter was no different. I added our names to the waitlist online before we arrived and, even on a very busy day, we only waited about two minutes.
She always gets the kids Alfredo with broccoli and a side, and I stick with my crispy chicken fettuccine Alfredo. As usual, everything was fresh and came out great. Consistently good food and a smooth experience every time we go. (Hosts are always super friendly as well. Won’t leave them out, they start the whole experience.)

Chris the manager escorted us to our table and was quite welcoming. Our waiter Oscar was quite attentive and checked back frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. The food was great and so was the service. Recommend and will definitely be back.

If I could give the atmosphere here a rating it’d be a ZERO!! Service was fine, good actually probably the only thing that was done right. Management though? They are terrible, I’ve seen how they treat their servers, the tension in the room left me feeling uncomfortable. Who lets there servers get walked all over? Food was the same as always, it was fine.

Took my wife here, for her birthday. We had no wait to be seated. The whole staff was extremely friendly. The food was delicious with large portions, so much we ended up bringing half back with us. They even gave my wife a free desert for her birthday.

Met up with my sister for dinner during the week. The manager came by to welcome us and check with on a few times, which I appreciated. The server was excellent. The food was good. The one downside was our glasses had a very small amount of debris.

It doesn’t have enough stars for the service I had today at the restaurant. My experiences with the Olive Garden restaurant were terrible, but today I was surprised. Service, food, space and everything else were wonderful. I was attended by Margarett (maybe the name is wrong) but she was wonderful, polite and attentive. Thanks! Large tasty portions, nice fast service, we waited no more than 15 minutes for dishes. I recommend the Chicken Alfredo, the New Shrimp spaghetti, the famous salad and the cream soups. We ate half of it and took the rest home 🙂
