We picked up our order in the drive thru and didn’t check the bag. When we got home, we realized some things were missing. I called the store and Beck was super friendly and told me to come back and they would remake my order. While I was waiting they offered me a drink and an apple turnover. I’m actually pretty impressed with a fast food place going above and beyond to make it right.

When I walked into Arby’s there was an elderly woman ordering and she was having some difficulty. The lady waiting on her was patient and kind, even though she had a buzzer going off and someone waiting in the drive through. An off duty employee, that was there to order herself a meal, stepped in immediately to take the drive through order. Another team member came forward and carried the woman’s order to her car, smiling and walking slowly with her the entire time.
The kindness and professionalism shown by all 3 of the Arby’s staff in that 5 minutes made a lasting impression.
Additionally, the place is always clean and the food always good.

Drive AArone was Pleasant and great upbeat. He was courteous and polite. He asked me how my day was. I told him I went Christmas shopping for my dogs. We talked about dogs. And he was making me fresh potato cakes, which I thought was very nice of him.I would highly recommend coming to this place

3rd time ordered from a delivery service. 3rd time you don’t read orders. First 2 times you gave us the wrong orders completely. This time there was no Arby sauce but 10 packets of ketchup. How hard is it? I will never give you another penny.

I eat at Arby’s every so often, particularly when they have a good deal like buy 2 for $5 or $7.
In this case, I got 2 French Dip Sandwiches for $7. While a little smaller than I remember, they both were fresh and good and the Au Jus was very tasty. They were enough to fill me up, which is pretty unheard of, these days, for $7!
The person who took my order was a little distracted and odd, but that’s not a good deal. The restaurant was very clean and tidy and the food was served VERY quickly.
