Been to this location multiple times. The service is slow and the coffee is hit or miss if the machine is working. The drive thru is fairly slow, so I tried going in and that’s not much better. It’s unfortunate, because this location is very convenient but the service and quality of food is not good.

The drive thru lady told me to move to the Reserved Parking because they were brewing coffee. I moved to the Reserved parking and waited over 10 minutes, until I called the restaurant and asked to bring the coffee because I was outside waiting for a long time, someone answered and said the coffee is coming and hang up, it never came. I called again the restaurant and asked for the manager, a guy said he was the manager Geffray and said how do I want my coffee, I told him to check the pending list for customers waiting for a coffee outside, then minutes later a girl came out and tried to give me a hot coffee on the passenger side when I am the only one in the car, I told her to bring the coffee on the driver side. She walked back into to the restaurant with the coffee. I decided to go inside the restaurant and ask for the manager to get my money back for the coffee, her name is Jasmine. She said that there are few manager onsite at the restaurant – really!. Even with few managers onsite a customer outside is not able to get a simple coffee. The customer satisfaction in this case is horrible. How a simple order turned bad when nobody pays attention to keep a customer happy to order at this place. It surprise me that employees at this company keep asking for salary raise and the food prices keep rising, but not paying attention to their customers.

Ordered delivery. They only came with 1 of 5 meals and all the wrong drinks. No biggie. Kids really wanted McDonald’s. So.we drove to pick up. Wife waited 30 minutes in drive thru. Got some food then told to park and wait for the rest. She been gone now 1hour. The drive thru people told her to parl on lane 6. Lane 6 was taken. So she had to illegally park. Waited 15 minutes then called the manager to see where the food is. Only to be told it almost ready. Now we have cold food again and have tried for 2 hours to get McDonald’s. This just reminds me why I dont eat fast food. This place is very unorganized.

Out of all 46 years I’ve come to McDonald’s I just want to give a big thank you to the staff tonight! Your patience with my big order was amazing and I am very impressed with the quality of the service and food. When I got home my kids said the food was still fresh much love and appreciation I will be coming back more often!

Came in for a frappe that I ordered thru the app. It was a simple request, no whipped cream. The guy making it comes out and just leaves it on the counter, I think he didn’t looked at the tag just made it his way. I didn’t bother to ask for another one just left with my order, had to take off the cream with a spoon.
I should have looked at the reviews before stopping here..

This McDonald’s is horrible, I waited for 13 minutes for a chicken sandwich combo, they asked me to go in lane 1 to wait, a server came out but went to the car that came after me, now he did ask me how long I was waiting and at the time it was 5 minutes, but when I noticed all the cars were gone, this definitely pushed my buttons, because people’s peoples time is important, and I had food from a restaurant that I ordered and that was just sitting here getting cold. When I went inside and asked about my order, it was Justin’s there in the warmer. They asked if I wanted them to remake it and without a doubt I said yes because I didn’t want cold food. But I will not go back there they are horrible.
