I was in the mall today and decided to try a burger place I had never visited before. Reviews were good so I decided to give them a try. The experience was less than stellar to the point that I doubt I would ever eat at another of their locations and tell everyone I know to avoid this location in particular.
What I ordered was a double burger, cooked well, with lettuce, onion and bacon. What I got was a complete disappointment. First; well does not mean pink in the middle. Second; bacon should be cooked as well. Third; Lettuce should be more than one small little leaf. Fourth; the bun should not be falling apart from the crease that has soaked into it. Fifth; the order was to dine in and they put it in a box which barely held the burger and fries and give you no place to put your condiments so you end up stacking stuff on top of your food or leaving your food on a table in the middle of the mall. About the only thing that was good was the fact that they left the salt off the fries as requested. The drink was a Coke so it is hard to mess that up to badly.
It took a few minutes to get the food, about 10, even though they were not busy. The staff member setting up the food into the boxes seemed like a good employee but the other staff seemed to be moving without a purpose and enjoying themselves a bit too much. I believe I even saw one of them going away from the grill area and returning without changing their gloves.
So what I got was a terrible burger, made by a staff with questionable hygiene all for the incredibly low price of $20.82. NEVER AGAIN

Food was super mid. I was expecting the food to be way more delicious & flavorful.
I had the chicken avocado sandwich & it was cold. The spicy cheese fries were just fries (with no salt), cheese and paprika(I think) on top.
Also, the funnel cake chocolate shake was more salty than sweet.

The cashier was so helpful in getting my daughter a gluten free bun for her hot dog and the cook cut it up so it fit on the bun. They were so friendly and accommodating! It’s rare and so wonderful when you have a special needs adult daughter!

Came out Sunday for a pick up order was so busy but the lady her name was Chelsea asked me did I have a pick up I told her yes and the name she got my pick up for me and even waited to put the shake out so it wouldn’t melt . I loved that because normally other places just put it out . Will definitely be back.

The food is good. I’m complaining about the service. My food was ready but the server was busying chatting and giggling. I’m not trying to stop them chatting, but they can simply turn around and hand me the food first then kept on chatting and giggling.

Although I show a photo of the delicious fries but the black truffle burger I ordered was the star of the show. The truffle flavors adds a lovely umami to the burger and the crispy onions. After the issue with Uber Eats that’s was a lovely end to the day.

First time trying Shake Shack and I wasn’t really impressed with the food. Service was fine, however we ordered on the screens and just picked it when ready so nothing spectacular. The burger was ok. Nuggets and fries weren’t my favorite. But the root beer float was good.
