On Thursday February 5th , my sister and I had had a very difficult week. We were dealing with doctors and heavy medical issues. When we walked in a young man greeted us immediately with such a pleasant smile. They took our order and and made our food with a quickness. They were also friendly and pleasant! These guys don’t wipe the knives after each customer. It’s disgusting! Mayonnaise or Mustard on your sandwich from the last customer Also the bread is sitting on the counter in a corner next to the slicer collecting air particles and getting stale and guess who gets sick from that folks??? You guessed it!… One guy scrapes the lettuce from the cutting board and puts it back on your sandwich not caring if it’s from another sandwich. Customers are watching!!!!!!!!! Change your damn gloves when handling money too!

Ordered two sandwiches. Pastrami and turkey/probolonr. Not my first visit here but it will be my last.
To me, the bread is 75% of what makes the sandwich. Biting into a cottony bread is a non starter. Been there before and satisfied, not this time. End result: nobody liked what we offered, including me.
If they caged their bread bakery or its recipe I strongly suggest a retreat. If it’s the same bakery, perhaps it’s time to reevaluate the relationship. My fave Mike’s is in Pt Pleasant, here’s hoping they stay top of the heap.

This Jersey Mike’s never disappoints us, they fix up a sandwich to your liking on the roll you want. I got the turkey bacon club on a Parmesan roll (so fresh). Of course I had to have it Mike’s way.
The service has always been good and they keep the restaurant clean and neat.❤️ I love that they have the day of giving.

Jersey Mike’s as always has good food. The only reason for the three star rating at this location is for poor customer service. There is one person who takes the food orders who was somewhat rude. I asked them for some extra type of meat and they said they could do that. When I received my order, I noticed what I asked for was missing. They then sternly lectured me about how I was supposed to tell the meal preppers what I wanted. Usually at other locations I have only had to tell one person, instead of asking multiple employees for the same thing. This is definitely a minor gripe as the food was good, but it did somewhat damage an otherwise good experience.

Order from here frequently for staff at work. Orders are always correct and never have any issues, even when ordering for delivery. Food is always great.

This is my second time coming into this Jersey Mikes , and the first time the service was horrible. The one worker that made my sandwich had an attitude. He was throwing stuff on my sub and then tossed it to me. That was unacceptable and I spoke on it at that moment. I decided to wait a few weeks and give them another chance. My co-workers and I wanted subs so I ordered this time amd all our subs were made wrong. They were dry and just nasty. No mayo or oil and vinegar, none of them had what we asked on them, nothing toasted. The whole order was just messed up. We won’t ne coming back here anymore to get anything!!!
