Bathrooms were filthy and the main dining floor was very dirty and sticky, like they haven’t been cleaned in over a week. Ordered the limited chicken bites, was told 2 size options that were different than advertised when trying to order advertised size. They looked over cooked and had alot of crust with not much meat. My husband’s Nashville hot chicken tenders were about the same size as the cheese sticks you get from Sonic. They were out of cheese sauce and forks. There were many flies inside. I don’t even want to imagine what everything looked like in the kitchen.

I’ve ordered take out Taco Bell items from them twice recently ….their cheesy bean and rice burritos. Both times the rice was dried out and essentially inedible and their prices were inflated beyond other Taco Bell locations in nearby towns (like DeQueen, AR). I suggest you choose a different fast food restaurant if you want something to eat, while in Mena, that won’t break your teeth.

When you drop fifty bucks on a family meal, is putting a few of your flimsy plasticware utensils and some napkins beyond the scope of this staff’s capabilities? Apparently so. After a long day on the road, there’s nothing like getting back to the hotel room and finding that they think mac-n-cheese and mashed potatoes and gravy are finger foods. Getting to reheat every item in the microwave is such a treat, why didn’t I just stop at Harp’s and save myself $30? At least the fries were cold and rock hard, so that’s something. Just praying this congealed collection of crap doesn’t make us all sick.

How dare an employee holler at a customer while ordering food in the drive thru. Pudgy is his name and when I got a phone call from my sister that lives in Mena Ar during my work hours all upset because she was not only embarrassed but her feelings where hurt so bad that she literally cried all the way home. This employee needs to be trained in customer service. You never know what the customer is going thru in their life. You speak in a soft tone of caring and compassion not with a raised angry voice!!!! If you hate your job Pudgy you need to go get one you love so you don’t make everyone around you miserable. I can’t believe KFC has employees like you!!!! Shame on you!!!! Probably be the last time she eats food at KFC. My heart is broken for her and all the other customers that was at the end of your wrath today.

Cold fries, missing chicken, long wait even after close to 30 mins of ordering online. Negative atmosphere all together and I think it was because of the manager there that seemed to belittle everyone, including customers. The chicken we did receive was full of grease and was no where near extra crispy. Skin was soggy and falling off. It was not even edible. Fries were cold. A few months ago I would have said it was a great place to eat but it is just horrible now.

Found a white hair on my sandwich(will post a picture). We were informed their policy is NO REFUNDS. Oh but we could get a replacement… why would I reorder from your store when I just found hair in my food?! Funny how this place will gladly take your money but when a mistake was made on their part they REFUSE to give you your money back! So irritating! Definitely don’t come order from this place unless you want your money stolen from you if there is hair in the damn food! Shame on the company!

I must have gotten the bottom of the barrel on greenbeans: dried out, too salty to eat. However, the chicken was wonderful. Hot, original spices just right, and large pieces.
I came back today (6/16/24)and tried the greenbeans. They are spot on delicious. Mac and cheese is too! The chicken was wonderful, too. I know everyone has their bad days, but it’s good to know that some days everybody day goes well. Thank you KFC for a great lunch.

I have been eating KFC for over 50 years and, without a doubt, this was the worst experience ever. People around the community routinely post about how bad it is, but I usually take that in stride and go for myself. I bought the 4pc. chicken tenders meal and everything about it was just horrible. The chicken itself looked and tasted like it was days old left under a heat lamp, day and night. The fries weren’t any better and the biscuit got hurled like a Frisbee. I will never eat there again until some changes are initiated.

I tried the mobile app today…it tells me my food is ready for pick up yet I get there and was told it will ve another 10 minutes. While waiting inside the restaurant I looked around to notice a dirty floor and several dirty tables. A big group came in while I was waiting and had to wipe their own table to sit and eat. When I finally received my order, I was disappointed definitely NOT worth the wait. My large order of fries were cold and only half full. ( I am including a picture of them just like they came) And is it asking too much to put napkins in a to go order.

Then wait cause other people in there and the one who took the order was doing front counter and drive threw. Also handing out drinks and orders to both sides.
