Made the mistake of ordering here after work hoping it would be convenient when I should’ve just driven 15 more mins away to Pizza Hut or domino’s , apparently this store hasn’t been able to accept cash all week from Feb 15th, secondly the front desk employee was unprofessional in telling me so saying it wasn’t his issue just what he was told , then afterwards I got the pizza half of it was more cooked than the other side , and made super sloppy , carefully choose when to order or when this employee is working , young kid with glasses unfortunately not wearing his name tag , very unsatisfied,

I ordered the stuffed bread sticks they only let you order those online and when I get there I didn’t look in the bag I get it home and it’s wrong! It was so frustrating since we can’t order IN THE STORE! They don’t answer their phones they were super busy so I got sticks I didn’t want and didn’t eat and wasted my money. Even the sticker on the bag said the correct item and we STILL got the wrong thing.

Worst location. Ordered ahead on yhe app. 20min past my estimated time I asked cashier about the wait. She said 15 more minutes! All the while i only asked after a walk in order came and got hwr pizza and breadsticks immediately.

Placed/paid for an order the morning of for a scheduled evening pickup time. Walked in because tracker still said not yet in oven, 30 minutes after scheduled window. Arrived, said “another 30 minutes”. Orders placed AFTER were filled BEFORE.

We’ve been ordering from this location for years – since the quality, flavor and value have been better than any other Little Caesars we’ve tried over the years…However, for some awesome reason their pizzas have recently been EVEN BETTER!!! I came into this Little Caesars around 9:00 p.m., and honestly it was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. First off, every employee working that night was extremely rude and disrespectful not just to me, but to every single customer that walked in. They acted like we were an inconvenience, completely ignoring people as if we weren’t even there.
To make it worse, the place was dirty as hell. Counters weren’t clean, the floor looked disgusting, and it gave off the impression that no one there cared at all. The most frustrating part is that they’re open until 11, so it’s not like I came right before closing. This was two full hours before they were supposed to shut down, but the staff was already checked out and treating people like garbage. If this is how this location is being run, I wouldn’t recommend anyone wasting their time or money here.

I ordered a deep dish and two cheese stuffed crazy bread, they charged me for it and later told me they didn’t have it so they had to refund me. Took my refund and didn’t buy anything else. I never got my refund to my card. Basically got robbed. No good 🙁

Tried purchasing a pizza online but the order was cancelled because they had no dough- which is weird thing to be out of but okay. Cut to later in the day, we call to verify if it’s an all day thing or just temporary. We manage to get 2 pizzas ordered over the phone. We hang up and a second later- call back to make a topping change. The worker over the phone proceeds to give an attitude & huff / puff about it. If you hate your job that much- quit dude

I usually order from here but tonight the girl that took my order told me that I couldn’t get the New CheeseSteak Puffs because I could only order them ONLINE and not in the store. I knew she was lying but she kept a straight face and repeated her self once I questioned it. SMH
