To start: the pizza was tasty and no complaints. The bottom was a little overdone. We did a simple build your own with mushroom and olives. The salad was standard. The server and staff were very nice.
The reason for the rating: we arrived at 6ish pm, were seated, ordered food. The salad came out reasonably, and then there was an odd 40-45 min of no service and no sign from wait staff. We waited so long the ranch on our plate was dry. Our server didn’t check on us in that entire time, and when our food came out, there was no mention of the long wait, no apology or acknowledgement, which leads me to believe that is normal wait time for pizza.
If you have small children, probably bring them a snack or some sort of entertainment since you will be waiting a while for your meal.

Having a party of 10 we sat in the patio. Our server was attentive and friendly, my brothers love to joke and she was jovial in return. The pizza selection was great for both a traditional as well as unique variety. We also got a shareable Arugula and Burrata salad was absolutely fresh and flavorful! My favorite of the pizza selection was the Hula Girl. We also ordered the Pepperoni and the Meat Sweat. The brothers didn’t love the type of sausage on the Meat Sweat but it was no slices left so it must have been pretty good! Also, if you are eating to split pizzas up might want it double cut. Akin to the restaurant name “the fold” the typical slice is hefty and big enough to fold. Bright contrasting flavors on the salad and textures on the Hula Girl. That’s worth the 5 ⭐️ s yum!!

Our family heard the Fold had great pizza so we went in with high expectations and I’m glad to say we were not disappointed. The kids ordered slices and the adults ordered the Bee Sting and a couple salads. We also ordered fries for the group. Everything was extremely good. Nice to have a great place to go so close to where we were staying.

We went here for dinner on a Saturday around 8pm. We sat at the bar because the place was still full inside. The service staff was still friendly and attentive. We ordered chicken wings ($15) and a pizza ($22-24). The wings were okay for the price. Good presentation. The pizza comes to the table looking pretty greasy, but it didn’t eat that way. The taste of the pizza was great! The bottom of the pizza is soft and doesn’t hold its shape if you pick it up, so it can be messy. Fyi, there is only one size of pizza that they cut into 6 slices. I would say it’s close to enough to feed 3.

We ordered the cheese pizza, the buffy fold and chicken strips and french fries for takeout yesterday. Service was friendly and we didn’t have to wait long! The pizza was pretty good – I did really like the crust but it was very greasy (which I don’t mind but it was just a bit too much) The fold we got was just okay – I think we would have enjoyed one with meat in it more so that’s on us for ordering the wrong thing.
The marinara and ranch were both very watery and lacked flavor. Our 2 year old ate the chicken strips and french fries and ranch and he really liked them! But 30 mins after he threw up the fries everywhere… I don’t believe it was food poisoning or anything like that, I think it was the amount of grease on the fries.
Their menu reads so amazingly and we were looking forward to eating here but we were very unimpressed and disappointed when we did get the food. We must have just had bad luck because other reviewers have splendid meals. We wouldn’t eat there again.

The Fold is an excellent place to eat! Their signature dish is a folded pizza. It is really great, better than a calzone. Their regular pizza is delicious too. So is the salad we had.
To top it of they have a good selection of beer and very friendly and helpful staff!

The bathroom of this place is an homage to Anthony Bourdain- this was a green flag. I had the Burrata and Arugula salad and it was amazing, perfect dressing and i love the roasted peach in this salad, really A+. I then had the BlueCheese Buffalo Drumsticks and they were pretty good but i have to say that this take on Buffalo wings is not a better interpretation in my opinion, i think drumsticks don’t work better than wings for the reason of them having more connective tissue than wings and less skin to meat ratio, i appreciate the creativity and the presentation but would recommend they turn this dish back into wings. Finally for the pizza i had the Hula girl:
house tomato sauce, mozzarella, pineapple, pepperoni, goat cheese, pickled jalapeno
I did not like this pizza, in retrospect it was my mistake for ordering this one but the appeal to me was the jalapeño and pepperoni. I didnt particularly like the addition of pineapple or goat cheese. But to comment on the actual pizza itself: it was good, good sauce and good crust. All in all i think the pizza here is very good and im sure i would have loved a different pizza.

Just had dinner here and everything was amazing! We got helped right away, even on a Saturday evening, didn’t have to wait long for food and enjoyed our meal in their outdoor seating area. The pizza was some of the best I’ve ever had, same with the Mac and cheese! I had the pleasure of meeting the owners as well, who were more than kind, to say the least! We highly recommend stopping in for a bite and enjoying the staff, food and atmosphere of this sweet little place. We can’t wait to go back! (Pic is of the pulled-pork fold)

Only one star down bc there weren’t comfortable seating options available when we went. We were seated in a little nook that was super cute! Unfortunately, my boo has a bad back and both seats lacked cushion, so he sat on my jacket in the window area. The food was 10/10 and the price was the best we saw in the Sunriver resort area. Plus, cold pizza for breakfast pre skiing is a hearty ritual!
The vibe was great, the food is sourced from local farms, and there were a few TVs around if you wanted to stay up to date with a game or the Olympics.
Caesar salad (a few edits to the standard fare so read ingredients), mushroom pizza, and the sausage honey pie. The mushroom one we devoured onsite!
