We come here often and have the same experience – extremely slow service and lucky if we leave with an accurate order. Today’s visit was unlucky. We ordered 3 of the same bagel sandwiches and one was something completely different and unappetizing. We were 2nd in line, waited 25 minutes for 3 bagel sandwiches which was fine since we figured we would just sip coffee, except all the coffee pots were emptied, waited on that for 10-15 mins, watched the line grow to the door. Once name was called checked the bag for 3 bagels only to get home and find one was not what we ordered, and far from it so one of us didn’t get to eat, after all that. I swear this place is ran by teenagers. The cashier presses a ton of buttons before asking which type of meat again, or even if we get something simple like a sliced bagel not toasted cream cheese on the side it comes toasted with a thick amount of cream cheese all over it. I don’t understand what all the button pressing and re-asking is all for when the order comes out wrong every time. I also don’t understand how the coffee pots are always empty and trying to flag someone down to make some they always seem surprised like “oh there’s no coffee, are they all out?” Yeah all 6 of your flavors out… I just tried to fill my cup and all I got was splatter and air. Every time. It’s Saturday morning, have some backups ready to go for Pete’s sake, if I’m going to wait 25 minutes for a toasted bagel with a 50/50 chance of it being made correctly, atleast let there be coffee. But when you have teenagers running the place, you get what you get I guess.

The new owner is paying close attention to details that enhance the customer experience. It was never a problem, but now there are a few extra touches that are barely noticeable, but make the space and experience just a bit more welcoming.

I enjoyed a very tasty Northern omelet sandwich, Keely took the time to explain certain things on the menu and was just very kind and polite. Kudos to Quin for having such an incredible morning staff.

The service here is abysmally slow. How do pre prepared bagels take 20 minutes+ to toast and put cream cheese on.

Ordered bagel sandwiches and bagels were stale. BLT in particular lacked almost any Bacon on the sandwich. Small half broken slice of bacon found for a 7 dollar sandwich, called the business and employee who answered gave attitude because she had been the one that made it. Told us that what we got was the portion size they do. We explained that the sandwich didn’t come close to images online. Basically told us we were lying. Don’t recommend this place at all.

This was my turkey club from this morning. We were the only people in the store. There were 4 employees in the working, We Waited 15 minutes for our food to be made and this is what I got for $10. And the other half of the sandwich didn’t even have anything on it. Needless to say I will not be returning. Big apple bagel do better!

We were excited to try this bagel shop so close to our house but ended up very disappointed. Got two bagels and lox and by far the worst I’ve ever had. The capers were crushed and just thrown all in one spot with the red onions, cream cheese only on one side, and the salmon itself was just crushed onto the sandwich. Will not be back.

Place was pretty decent. Only real complaint is that it felt kind of like a cafeteria but that could be the suite they are stuck operating with for the time. And a little more variety on the bagel options would help, but the ones I chose were very good, and the price is right where it should be. Happy.
