If you’re driving through and craving a burger, I highly recommend stopping here.
It’s small with old school desk style seating. Very unique. The burger tasted like they did back in the day. Awesome!
No fries or onions rings, but they do have chips, can or bottle sodas. Next time I’m passing through again, I’m stopping.

Tex Miller’s Main Street Market is the go-to spot for world-class Texas BBQ, custom-cut meats from their butcher shop, and their famous “Tex Burger.”
If you are a fan of high-quality meat, Tex Miller’s is a mandatory stop. We stopped in for lunch and had the sliced brisket sandwich—perfect smoke ring and melt-in-your-mouth tender. Before leaving, we hit the butcher counter and grabbed some hand-cut ribeyes and their house-made sausages to take home. You can tell they take pride in their craft. It’s clean, friendly, and smells like heaven the second you walk in.”

This place was great. A simple hamburger joint from the looks but go inside and it is a different story!! The employees know EVERYONE that comes in and they engage in in-depth conversation with all. The food was juicy and delicious. Burgers were home-made and on point. I go through Cameron when I go to my cruise. Which means lunch on way back will be here. Thank you for great food and conversation!!

Took family, drove 150 miles to get these burgers and they were awesome!! Cameron is a cool little town, walked around the square. Apparently, wine fest going on, car show, was very relaxing and fun!!

I honestly can’t say enough good things about Tex Miller and the wonderful ladies that work here. We stopped on our way through from College Station. This will definitely be a reason wehave to find our way back to Cameron more frequently. The burgers are outstanding but the experience is that much better.

After watching the Texas Bucket list we had to stop in at this place. Definately lived up to its billing. The building may be small but there was plenty of places to sit since they use seats like desks used in middle/high school. Menu posted outside or right behind the grill. Choose your main item and then add chips and a drink…just figure out if you want a can or bottle. If you want fries, you won’t find them here. Ordered a cheese burger with grilled onions, ketchup, mustard, pickle and original mayonaisse. An order of a chilly cheese dog and a grilled cheese closed out our order. Very reasonably priced, but the real treat is how good everything tastes. Before we left our photo was taken and they asked where we were from. It’s worth going out of your way for this one of a kind experience.

I drove nearly 2.5 hours from Arlington and it was worth the trip. I was really wanting to try the chili but they had already sold out. I guess that just means another trip (maybe I will convince some friends to take a roadtrip).

This place takes me back 50 years. Always awesome smash burgers, great service and atmosphere. Even a cooler full of memories (bottles of Frosty Root beer, etc.).

This place is a trip back in time. I doubt anything has changed. The menu choices are few but with options as your food is made to order. Very limited seating in a small space. Rather than wait, we walked over to the park a couple of blocks away and ate under the gazebo. The chili dogs are unique in that they cut up the wiener in the chili. The burgers can be a little messy with all the goodies inside. Really neat in that you can watch your food being prepared right in front of you.
