Gotti’s is an outstanding spot that truly delivers both in atmosphere and service. From the moment you walk in, the ambiance immediately stands out — stylish, welcoming, and thoughtfully put together without feeling overdone. The lighting, music, and overall aesthetic create a comfortable yet upscale vibe that makes it a great place to relax, socialize, or enjoy a quality meal and drinks.

What really elevated the experience, though, was Hannah’s customer service. She was attentive, personable, and genuinely engaging throughout the visit. Hannah has a natural ability to make guests feel welcomed and taken care of without being intrusive. She stayed on top of everything, offered great recommendations, and made sure the experience flowed smoothly from start to finish. Her professionalism combined with a warm personality made a lasting impression and added a personal touch that you don’t always find.

The overall energy of Gotti’s feels intentional — clean, well-managed, and inviting. It’s clear that attention is paid not just to the food and drinks, but to the entire guest experience. Whether you’re stopping by for a casual outing or a night out with friends, the ambiance and service make it a place worth returning to.

Highly recommend checking out Gotti’s, and if you get the chance, ask for Hannah — she truly helps make the experience exceptional.

We did experience a bit of a wait before our server came to the table, and our drinks took a while to arrive. Unfortunately, the beer we initially ordered was out of stock. The music was also very loud and featured explicit lyrics, so it’s probably not the best spot if you’re hoping for easy conversation.

That said, the food was absolutely amazing! The blackened chicken with dirty rice was incredibly flavorful and delicious. Definitely a highlight of the visit.

Food was 20 out of 10. Service 20 out of 10. Vibe 20 out of 10. Love everything about this place. Except for those sand paper napkins. Please change those. Other than that. Best lamb chops I’ve ever had. Drink was not lacking with the alcohol I had the white gummy bear . Those egg rolls, my goodness. First time having Cajun egg rolls and I loved them. Will be back next time I’m in Houston. Waitress was a very nice young lady.

Celebrated birthday Brunch here at 11am on a Saturday. Weather was bad, so I didn’t get the full experience. We were the only table for hours. Server was Cardi *spellcheck*. The dj, food and service was good. Ordered pineapple mimosa, Gotti’s Cajun breakfast with eggs, biscuits, sausage, fresh fruit and added a side of grits. They also gave a complimentary shot and birthday tribute with a sign and sparklers. Will return.

We visited location while in Houston just being curious and hungry. The staff were awesome, friendly, helpful and honest about their food. The atmosphere was awesome, live and energetic.

The downside is the once we were seated the wait for our food was wayyyy too long for the small crowd that was there and what appeared to be a full staff. The wait was pointless because my food arrived barley warm, which ruined my meal. If you are in the area, stop by give them try and make your own decision.

Upon walking in we were greeted with music, a nice vibe and a host rather quickly. We were seated promptly & kindly. The host did hand us plastic utensils which normally I don’t complain, however eating my steak was rather difficult. But then again I never asked for a regular fork so that could’ve been a personal battle. We ordered a Watermelon Lemon Drop which came out first. It was very good, the rim was even better. We ordered (Benyays?) they were amazing! Three large ones but as they say Everything’s bigger in Texas! They had a special serving Ribeye (20) or Lamp-chops (30) with a baked potato & salad. We opted for Cesar. The food was served rather quickly and OMG. The lamb chops were perfected, the steak was magnificent, the potatoes were topped with cheese and bacon. The bacon definitely added a special touch sending the potato thru the roof. My only complaint “food” wise is the salad bowls were a bit small for the salad. I made a huge mess trying to mix my salad dressing into it.

The vibe of the restaurant itself is very welcoming and kind. Our server was a beautiful young lady who was prompt and funny! However we see the potential in your restaurant! We deducted a star because it hasn’t reached its full potential & we believe you are very close! We are looking forward to returning in the future next time we visit!

The customer service was honestly the highlight of our visit — our server was very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, the food didn’t live up to expectations. The only item we really enjoyed was the dirty rice. The fries were not crispy at all, and the smell of hookah while eating was pretty unpleasant. Overall, I wouldn’t choose to eat here again, but I do appreciate the great service.

Had high hopes after reading reviews. The cat food fish/ shrimp poor boy was great as well as the cheese fries. Service was poor at best. Slow to serve and The delivery was steady, though it lacked some of the spark or engagement that could make it more memorable. I wouldn’t return or recommend to others. Our server didn’t seem to had much care. They also take out 20% at the top they take a 8% service fee and then 12% for gratuity server and then ask for more tip on top at the end of what’s already factored into the bill. For the level of service that was absolutely unnecessary. A lot of construction going on around the area to it’s inconvenient to find parking. Prices seemed on the higher side.

The food was good for the most part especially the catfish bites and the blackened chicken. I also had the big daddy gumbo and it was way too salty. The drinks are very small for the price and not worth it in my opinion. They need to either fix their prices or their portions.

Gotti’s came through with the cozy, cool, laid-back vibe. The place is quaint in the best way — intimate without feeling small. I do wish they had a full bar, but sitting at the service bar worked out because we got front-row seats to the action.
They had Tuesday specials, so we grabbed Espolòn Blanco shots — one with salt, one with sugar. Their blue-colored salt threw me off at first because usually the sugar gets the color treatment, but Gotti’s said, “We’ll do it our way.”
Shoutout to the team for the smooth service:
Angela, the manager making sure everything ran tight
Daphne, the red-haired mixologist who made our shots
Zoe, bun high and checkout clean
They were ready to hand us those shots before I was even done talking.
