Absolutely incredible quality. The owner Sam is very kind and really cares about the quality. I ordered their butter chicken and was blown away by the quality. I’ve never had chicken that tasted so fresh in the US! Super excited to try even more on the menu!

Came by a second time and was served by Anaya. She was very kind and accommodating! Service here is top notch

Branzino and chicken tacos here are the BEST I’ve ever had!

The drinks were great and the food was delicious!
The service was on point, everything we needed was provided without very overbearing… the atmosphere was nice, the music was not loud, allowing us to talk the whole night. We had a great experience.

Delicious and authentic food, it was the perfect meal for a cold, snowy day in Brooklyn. Each part of the meal was fantastic. Our table of 4 shared everything – masala fries, ragda chaat, saag paneer, butter chicken, grilled branzino, homemade naan, basmati rice, and molten chocolate lava cake. It was the perfect amount of food and everything was so fresh and tasty. The service was also exceptional – very attentive and warm. Also don’t sleep on the masala chai!

I was looking for a nice Indian restaurant
In said I got taste less food and salty chicken wings. What made me come here was the way it was presented online, when I complained about the food I got nothing but excuses not to mention the service from the staff was of poor quality I would not recommend anyone eating here unless you want poor quality food

First things first: it’s going to be very hard to get a reservation here in a few months. Everything is on point at Kashi: service, food, and vibe. The details matter, and Chef Dhawan clearly understood the assignment: Downtown Brooklyn has needed a standout Indian spot for years, and this finally fills that gap.

Let’s talk food. I didn’t get photos of the Ragda Chaat or the Hot Wings, but they were a strong start and the standout dishes of the night. The coconut ranch was out of this world. I wanted to put it on everything. I had the veggie curry with shrimp and garlic naan. The shrimp was cooked perfectly, and the curry was deeply comforting, expertly spiced with just a lingering, flavorful heat. My friends ordered the Methi Murgh and cheese naan and were equally impressed.

Drinks deserve their own moment here. I had the Roohafza Dhamaka, which instantly transported me to a hot day at the beach. It was incredibly refreshing, and the complex Roohafza flavors paired beautifully with the coconut. For a mocktail, it was impressive it was like a piña colada, but with way more depth.

We ended with the Masala Chai: beautiful presentation and the ultimate comfort. It was the perfect bow on an already memorable meal.

I’ve been to GupShup Manhattan and Dishoom in Edinburgh, and this is right on that level: comforting, memorable, with keen attention paid to everything and just outright delicious.

A great new local Indian spot! Love the mixture of traditional dishes as well as experimental fusion flavours (ghobi achari was excellent) and great drinks too, especially loved the Paan Old Fashioned!

We had the garlic naan, chicken briyani and paneer butter masala for our entrees. Also had the pink and blue coolers for our drinks. Everything was excellent. Service was top tier and the ambience was great. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area.
