We just had the best experience in the Hicksville, NY location! My daughter who is in 2nd grade, had career day at her school and she decided she wanted to be a Starbucks worker. We decorated her green apron with some Starbucks pins, a name tag and an empty Starbucks cup. My daughter wanted to go to Starbucks after school to show the staff her outfit and we were greeted so warmly by Jill, Chloe and the rest of the team. Jill made her experience so amazing by gifting her an Olympic bear pin, her own name tag and a pink drink on the house. I can’t explain how special this was to us. Please see pictures below: not sure who else to contact to rave about our visit and amazing team! Thank you just isn’t enough!

I went to get the red holiday cups and called ahead they had great service and I was able to get the cup in no time. Everyone there was amazing especially Ashley, she complimented me on my sweater and we had a great conversation about the sweater and holiday drinks. If you come here come see Ashley 5 stars for Ashley great customer service and ambiance ✨ ❤️

This is a new Starbucks and the space itself is great — clean, modern, and in a good spot. But the coffee here is consistently disappointing. I’ve tried it three different times, and every single cup has tasted watered down.

Shared with the nice guy working that my hot chocolates were watered down and the barista in the picture here decided to whip around and grab my drinks to open it (no one was talking to her). She rudely yelled why didn’t you say anything before? And then said we won’t replace the tall just the grande. Keep in mind they were just hot chocolates so you easily could’ve remade it. She was so rude and would not come here again. She even said “my manager would tell you the same thing” again no one was talking to her to begin with

One of my favorite Starbucks locations! The staff is great and super professional. The place is clean and we’ll taken care of. I am so sad because they will be permanently closing on September 4th. Shame on you, Starbucks Corporate! You picked terribly! This location is the best one in the area.

this location is EASILY my favorite Starbucks, they always make my drink with love and they are generous with the cold foam, which i love. i don’t live close to this location, but i purposefully drive over 20 minutes to come here because of the service and the quality of my drinks. the manager is very friendly and the staff is a direct representation of that. 10 stars for this location !
