This is the best dominoes I have ever gotten pizza from. He went above and beyond. The pizza was prepared perfectly. He even gave us napkins, paper plates, cheese and peppers. This is the only dominoes I have been to that actually puts the garlic and Parmesan on the crust.

I ordered at 3:30 and they didn’t even start to make it until 4:21. Just AWFUL. When I called the AI phone system said my order was boxed and waiting for a driver. It was the person at the store who told me they were just putting the pizza in now.

They delivered the wrong pizza. When we called to get the correct pizza delivered they gave us a hassle and never sent a new pizza. We advised them that someone was allergic to the green peppers and had put it the garbage. Since we paid cash we had to go in the next day to get our money back and had to bring the pizza back. Called before we went to return the pizza so they would just be able to refund her money with no problem. Boy was I wrong. My senior friend went in to return the pizza we had already discarded in the trash but Domino’s wanted back. I eventually had to go in and see what the hold up was and I was talked to rudely by an older man making pizza. I explained I called before coming in so we would not have any problems and that was all
we got. I would never use this establishment again. The customer service was ZERO %. The only reason we ordered from there is the first place was because I was ill and couldn’t get out.

Worst customer experience I’ve seen in a long time, all four employees working behind the counter are clearly on something heavy. Took them 20+ min to even acknowledge the 5 people waiting in line. Once they did they tried charging the poor girl in front of me $15 more then her online order said she was supposed to pay, then refused to sell her a pizza at all, even at a the higher price. Employee then walked away not saying a word to me or anyone else in line. She got very frustrated and left, even though her pizzas were just sitting there on the counter. Took him another 10+ min to walk back up to the counter, after pacing around. I then say I need to pickup a pizza for “tom” he grabs my pizza off the shelf and almost throws it to me, still no words… By the time I got it, it was cold and had been sitting on the shelf the entire time.

Ordered two pizzas online it said it was getting ready, I drove to Domino’s and when I walked in, nobody greeted me for over 10 minutes. Finally, one of the guys asked if I have a pick up I said yes he started looking at pizzas and orders and telling me there isn’t an order. Showed him my receipt still nothing. Then he found out apps are down so I asked them to go ahead and put in a new order there in the store and he just walked away and started talking to other customers.
I again talked to him and said am I gonna get my pizzas he said no so I walked out … Trashy place… Never again

Best pizza ever! The toppings were fresh and the pizza tasty! Perfect . Fast delivery. Charlie was very courteous and friendly, 5 star service and food that was made for us! We will order again from this location for sure. Great job to everyone
