We ordered two XL Philly Steak pizzas and were extremely disappointed to receive something more like plain bread than the pizza we paid full price for. The lack of ingredients was obvious and honestly ruined the experience for the night.
We called them, and while they agreed to take the pizzas back and replace them, this is something that should have been done right the first time. Customers shouldn’t have to go through the hassle of calling back, driving back and waiting again just to get what they originally ordered.
Quality and consistency matter, and I hope the restaurant and corporations takes this feedback seriously so other customers don’t have the same experience.

Order regular off the menu pizzas, no coupons, Philadelphia steak pizzas, got cheese & onions only, are you kidding me, & the manager had attitude, & did not solve the issue & offer discount on next pizza.

What can I say about this place that hasn’t already been said about someone taking during a movie.
Not sure how a pizza and some wings was $60 – that should’ve been my first red flag that I wasn’t thinking clearly.
Firstly, upon picking up the order, I had interacted by some of the most unprofessional people I had ever dealt with in my life. I felt as though I had found myself on the set of some kind of Chris Hanson special based on the people behind the counter – I’m just glad they stayed there.
As to the food itself – I’m not sure how, but the pizza was both soggy and dry at the same time. I was actually overwhelmingly impressed at the level of skill it would require to obtain that sort of equilibrium. The “meat” had the consistency of beef jerky, and I’m somewhat sure that I had inadvertently picked some sort of aged cheese. For a moment, I thought I had bitten off a part of the box, until some of the watery sauce dripped off my chin onto my favorite shirt.
The wings were pretty mid, I probably could’ve gone to the winco down the street and nuked up some myself, thrown some random sauce on there and had a much more enjoyable time.
Buyer beware – save your money, and go get some good pizza from one of the local places. I won’t name them here, but there are 2 far better options less than 2 miles away.

We ordered the special and after getting our orders I was about to buy additional garlic sauce the lady who handed me our pizza told us that we don’t have to since it has one inside already but when we opened the box while driving on the freeway already there was none no garlic sauce or jalapenos so we decided to turn around almost near our place I called to let them know what happened guess what when I went to the store they just handed me one garlic sauce and jalapenos and I told them that I’m gonna buy another one that’s when they handed another one but the lady who handed our orders earlier is like why do I have to get back and get condiments duh you forgot to put it in the box that you even told us that it has it but there is none you wasted my gas just to get back to get my condiments . I’m so .I’m never gonna order on this branch .We even gave a tip even though it’s walk in.

Just placed an order with wings and they gave them to me with no sauce. Looked like nuggets. I know people make mistakes but to be a smart ass when I ask for my sauce is the reason I won’t be ordering from here again. Pic has the sauce

In all honesty I’m having a delightful night enjoying my dinner. My delivery driver Eric Mason was was patient, reassuring, more than polite. His charismatic personality made my experience with papa johns this much more better. Last but Most Definitely not least the way he carries himself as well as his knowledge about his job makes him An incredibly fantastic delivery driver and a great customer service representative. I didn’t just leave with pizza he left me with a smile on my face and a warm feeling in my heart. I give him 10/10 stars as my satisfactory rating.
