These donuts are delicious, but get there early before they sell out of your favorites. Multiple experiences say before 8am is best, especially on a Sunday. After 8, there will probably be a line (don’t worry, it moves fast), and they may have started selling out of popular items. They’re definitely good! Just plan ahead.

Excellent service. We just moved here and we’re looking for a good donut shop that had maple bars. But they have so much more. We tried most of their donuts and the kolaches and they were all excellent fluffy and fresh. Definitely our go to Donut Shop

Unfortunately you can taste the cheap ingredients in these donuts. Spent $27 just to come home and eat a donut that tasted like old oil. So disappointing. On the good end the Kolaches were pretty much decent.

Phenomenal! I am from Texas, where Shipleys started. I was soooo happy to find one here in Nashville! These other donut shops do not hold a candle to Shipleys! A warm glazed donut literally melts in your mouth!

Won’t be back!!! Other people own it now. They were good under the original owner, but now the glazed donuts have a funny after taste. Yuk-Yuk!

Need to remove the plastic that separates the employees from the customers very impersonal. No one uses that anymore not even the Shipleys on Lebanon Road very hard to communicate. Donuts are good although sometimes the filled ones aren’t very full. huge difference in the amount you get from the Lebanon Road store

Shipley’s donuts and kolaches are the best. This location is awesome. The staff is friendly and fast. Also Shipley’s is the only place I can find chocolate filled donuts. We like to enjoy the donuts on a morning boat ride.

We stopped by the Hendersonville location, but it left a lot to be desired. The donuts were okay, but not great like we remembered and were overly sweet. The young lady was polite, but had a sick child behind the counter. Would not recommend this location.
