I ordered a medium groovy fries and when I received my order, they were cold. I asked for fresh fries and after waiting almost 15 minutes, I asked for the fries again. They brought them out in a sack, and were just microwaved, not fresh, with no napkins. In addition, the same stall I park in regularly, has a screen that works half the time. The touch screen never works and the button doesn’t show it’s been pushed. It would be nice to either fix it or just go back to the old style. I love Sonic, but getting very frustrated with the quality of the food.

Struggle
The manager followed me to my vehicle arguing then called me names? What did I do ?
Ordered a slush off the application.
I got to the stall and checked in the light came on the screen. After about 10 minutes the light went off, but no drink was delivered, I waited about 5 minutes and still no slush so I pressed the call button, it was answered by a male.
When I said the light was off but my order was not delivered he said “We are busy you are gonna have to wait.”
so,
I sat there another 15 minutes still no slush? Now I have been there 33 minutes now for 1 drink I have watched people come and go?

I got out of my truck and opened the door to their establishment and not one person acknowledged me
so
I went inside two steps and asked what was going on and if I could have my order.
Instead of helping me the manager (I believe he said his name was Jayden?) attacked me for coming in his little kitchen area?
Well I would not have been in there at all if you would have did your job and delivered my drink or “at least helped me” when I tried to get help thru the intercom!
but,
Instead the manager follows me outside to my truck and proceeds to tell me he is busy because he had to keep me a “Demented Old Man” out of his lil kitchen.

I have ordered there almost daily, some food, mostly large slushes but I have been doing it for over 2 years now.
Since we moved here to this neighborhood.
Now Im done
I threw away my slush because I can’t trust them now if thats their manager.
I could understand mistakes like not delivering food or mixing up an order but who treats Customers like that?
I have never been called demented or old before?
Your manager is lucky he did not wear that slush but I have better people skills obviously although he was very close!
It is a shame your manager had to ruin it for both of us.

I would give this location 0 stars if I could I was in stillwater for a school event and stopped at this location to get my kids something for dinner since we had over a hour drive home and I waited 20 minutes and nobody ever come on the speaker so I moved to another speaker and nothing and apparently I wasn’t the only one being ignored 6 other cars left while I was there and I know they were open and serving because they brought food out to 2 other cars thanks for nothing I will never do business with sonic again if they are going to let their employees treat their customers this way

i went to sonic about a week ago and the manager Amber was incredibly rude. i had ordered 2 drinks and one of them came out completely incorrect and when they brought out the “correct drink” it was made the exact same way. she doesn’t care because not only has this happened once but twice? i will NEVER frequent this location ever again. i will be emailing the Castleberry franchise about this interaction because she is beyond rude and hateful both times that I’ve had issues with my order at this store!

This sonic location is always quick and the food usually seems fresher than some of the other locations in Stillwater. My dog loves when we go to sonic and get him a pup cup as a special treat.

Poor customer service. Took them about 10-15 minutes for a medium soft drink. They also put something in my drink with coconut. I never ordered that. Seriously??

Just waited 45 minutes for order, 6 other cars were served before us that had arrived after checking in. the lady looked me dead in my eyes and asked another car if they were us. Every time I tried to get her attention she would ignore me. All the food was cold and not good at all

I placed a mobile order for two large drinks at 1:30pm to be picked up ASAP. I arrived and checked in at 1:36pm, then sat and waited for nearly 30 minutes. During that time, at least 20 cars were served, but not me. My mobile order was marked as complete at 1:58 but I still hadn’t received my drinks. At 2:02, I left and called Sonic’s customer service hotline for a refund. I never received my order. Not a single carhop or employee spoke to me the entire time I was there, even though they walked past my car several times while delivering other orders and must have noticed that I was there for an extended amount of time. I shouldn’t have had to wait for more than five minutes for two drinks with no additions or alterations.
