The Birria Ramen is a 10/10! Everything tasted amazing. One of the best food trucks in Tampa easily. This is a late night go to for sure.

had amazing food at there other location twice and decided to try out this location and the first time was good (not as good but still). today tho our second time here was absolute garbage. no consume for the birria tacos (and thats kinda important) they were also not grilled and had no cheese. when I asked if I could at least pay extra for a cup of the consume I was told no b4 I could even finish asking…. the chorizo was also terrible like not edible bad…. unfortunately if you care this little about your food quality then u dont give a shit about your customers. I would have been a loyal customer for years to come but now I have to call ppl ive recommend this place to and warn them. really sad to see as we loved this place. picture is of our “birria tacos”

Hands down best Mexican food in FL I’ve had. Coming from San diego cali my whole life. Closest to authentic you can get.
That said, mexican food is supposed to be cheap poverty food and using shredded beef over lamb already is half assing it on the birria.
But today after going here for over a year now they raised prices again.
21 dollars for a birria taco and Agua Fresca is very very taxed.
Used to be my number one weekly spot I’d bring literally everyone too. now it’s on the list of maybe once a month.
PEOPLE OVER PROFITS YALL MAKING ENOUGH MONEY ON EACH ORDER. plus asking over 20+% on the tip reader as I order standing from a truck….FOH. the audacity.
Also be prepared for no bathroom. Or handwashing so come on lunch pre cleaned up.

The real Mexican taste! I’ve been around many mexican places in Tampa, but no one like this. The consome is delicious and reminds me of my grandma’s food.
I love they have those tables and shade. The service is so fast and the staff is very polite.

Our friend recommended this place to us and it took us a couple months to finally try it. We ordered online for pick up and it only took about 10 minutes. I ordered the birria quesadilla and my SO ordered the birria tacos and supreme burrito. Everything we ate was fantastic, we were so stuffed ! They gave us a lot of little hot sauces on the side and also for the birria, some of the juices from the stew. It’s close by and the prices were decent for the amount of food we got , so we’ll definitely be going here more often.

Quesadilla was ok, I ordered churros but never got them I also order the Mexican corn which was not eatable it was Smother in SALT very disappointed in that oh yeah and I couldn’t get a refund for what i purchased and didn’t get as well as the over salted corn I assume bc I ordered online, which took about a hr to get, I used to love going to this establishment but being honest it has fallen off it’s not as good as it use to be idk if its the cooks or the business in general all in all 1/5 most definitely giving a 2 star

I don’t like to say best, but that birria consume was probably the best I ever had. We tried the quesabirria tacos and the ramen cup. The sauce in the ramen was a bit heavy (maybe more seasoned and thick compared to birria consume) but good. I’d try it again but I’ll if they can add vegetables because the broth had only the pack from the noodles. The lady who took my order welcomed me with a smile.
