This is so dangerous. The employee at 10pm Friday night 12/19 promised us that this was a diet coke and pushed the button down for us in the drive through. My husband is diabetic. After a few sips he says i dont think this is right. We used our at home test strips to test the coke it was in deed a regular coke. Also our sandwiches were incorrect. I hope you train your employees better because this can cause someone to go into a coma or medical harm.

Went in for what we expected to be a quick lunch. Unfortunately, after ordering, we waited about 35 minutes while customers who arrived after us were served their food. When we asked the cashier for an update, we were told our order had already come out, which it had not.
We then asked to speak with the manager, but the interaction was very disappointing. Rather than looking into the issue, the manager was dismissive and accused us of being dishonest. As local, frequent customers, this was especially frustrating. A quick review of the cameras would have shown that we never received our food.
The situation could have been handled much more professionally, and the lack of accountability and poor customer service from management left a bad impression.

My wife and I have been buying ourselves Happy Meals to try and collect all of the BTS characters, because she is, and has been a huge fan for years! My chicken nuggets were old and hard, I had to throw them away. My fries were not fresh, the burger was dripping in grease. It would have been great if they simply drained the burger; but nope, they want to give me a heart attack maybe . And the lemonade is so sweet and sugary, not in a good way. I had to add water to it. When does the quality of the food outweigh the speed of service? Please you can do better than this .

Do yourself a favor and go to the Pub on the Cedar River. McDonald’s actually cost MORE MONEY than a small business sit down restaurant. The tenderloin picture is from the pub. The last time I went to McDonald’s there were teenagers cussing up a storm and the manager did nothing about the behavior. She actually talked to them like she knew them. Or let’s talk about how the owners built a $3 million house with a pool house because they are making SO MUCH MONEY off their thin patties and charging way more than a sit down restaurant. Why are we charging these kinds of prices in a town that’s struggling to survive? Charles City has very few options but you don’t have to give more money to McDonald’s. Other restaurants in town have a cleaner and more relaxing atmosphere. I refuse to pay over $10 for a fast food restaurant. I will never return. ✌️

There were house flies inside, not sure whether there were brought in by the heat or something else. No strange orders. The bathrooms were clean. The kids enjoyed the food.

Super disappointed went to the drive through and got home to find my 40 dollars in food was half there. By half i mean the ice creams were filled 2/3 as were the cold fries. I understand it’s fast food but maybe they are too fast. Ironically I waited 15 minutes for 3 people’s worth of food. Always kind of disappointed with them.

Horrible customer service, demanding I pull into a parking space on a day with severe winter weather without another customer in sight. Then I get a cold in the middle hamburger. Awful!!!
