Great pizza. Greasy cheesy deliciousness. Also a solid spot to play pool and get cheap beer. Was one of the favorite places to go while at Clemson. Usually pretty quick service as well, but you order at w counter and pick it up yourself, so it’s basically self service.

I don’t ever write internet reviews, but after reading some negative comments I had to stick up for these guys. I’ve been living in Clemson for 12 years and eaten at every pizza place in the wider area. Peppino’s is the best. Large servings, great sauce, plenty of toppings, and I love the local atmosphere. They also have good oven-baked subs.
Ignore the people writing bad reviews, they probably only ate on game-day when the whole town is slammed.

I’ve been a customer at Peppino’s since the late 1990s. This was my go-to pizza spot in college and is still my choice of pizza in Clemson.
The pizza is a delicious, greasy guilty pleasure. It can be a bit pricey at full price, so look for the specials. The strombolis, calzones, and subs, however, can’t be beat. The beer is cheap, as God intended.
The pool tables were gone the last time I was in there, which was disappointing.

Great pizza place. One of the only places where it is easy to get a slice and a beer. Shaved sausage is my go to topping. Sometimes dough is a bit under cooked. Tastes wipes that out on the rare occasion.

Great new york style pizza. I believe the owner is from Manasquan, NJ and he brought the sauce and pizza recipe to the south. Always my favorite place to eat in Clemson. Great prices on beer as well.

I’ve never had good service or food from the establishment, despite giving it three tries (twice dine in, once delivery). Called and complained after getting cursed at by their delivery driver (who showed up 45 minutes late with a cold, burnt pie) and they just chuckled and said that he’s got a reputation for being a little standoffish. There are better options in town.

After a few visits the food has been great each time. Staff could use some work. It seems to depend on who’s working whether you have a waitress or not and if you end up busing your own table. Also was overcharged at our last visit with no attempt to fix it. Trivia nights are still pretty fun tho.

DO NOT PARK AT PEPPINOS!!! I cannot stress this enough because you will be forced to pay a fine at their discretion which personally cost me $60. Being almost 800 miles from home, one of the reasons that I loved Clemson was that it was a home away from home, a family. After getting charged I looked online and noticed many other instances of students being taken advantage of for leaving their car for as little as 5 minutes. Having a ruthless and unsympathetic business like that is completely against the values that makes Clemson the university it is. Granted I was in their parking spot but the fact that it was 10:00 in the morning and an outrageous fine, I personally will never give this restaurant my business again, and it definitely doesn’t belong in a a town that is respected and prides itself on the ideals of family.

They have pretty decent Pizza. Wednesday night they have buck and a quarter slices and they’re a whole lot less hassle then going to to Todros for dollar pizza night. To me the extra quarter is well worth it for the convenience.

It’s good pizza, but when I was last there, I waited in line for 20 minutes just to hear them cut off whole pizza orders (by the slice only). Waste of my time since I was trying to get food for 4 other people. I won’t go back for a while.
