Food was great! However, the customer service sucked. I had to ask for my sauce that they forgot, (no big deal. Small item, I forget things all the time) but multiple employees ignored me. When I was approached, the guy that got my sauce for me was obnoxiously rude about it. I didn’t say anything, just smiled and said thank you cause there’s no need to make his day worse. When you work in customer service, there are bad days but the whole environment here was negative, none of the employees were happy to be there.

Food was great just like any other Arby’s I’ve ever ate at so that was expected. Really cant complain about anything other than one worker there who thought she owned the gas station that it’s locate in. Like I said not Arby’s fault though.

Love Arby’s, hate the prices, they never have enough workers, something is always missing or the crinkle fries are rubber, not to mention if you get the fish, they cook it together so it all taste like fish! Usually pretty clean when I’ve went inside!

We have come here twice at 9:00 and they are out of roast beef? How? And the way the workers act so miserable is ridiculous. How much did we spend $7 when we usually spend $40 so two nights in a week your business has lost money.

The younger manager is always rude. Since the flood here that almost ruined everything I was given some tickets to get a free sandwich once a day for 4 days. Well it literally came from mayking Arby’s my case worker gave them to me and he ABSOLUTELY REFUSED TO TAKE THEM AND MADE ME USE MY LAST $7 ON ONE SANDWICH.

It was around 9 o’clock at night and I’m sure they were wanting to get out of their. The food was OK it was just barely warm. But the people were very friendly.

Had them at 3 stars last time but tonight killed it all. I ordered the Brown Sugar Bacon BLT tonight 6 dollar sandwitch. I order it to go and get going down the road to find no bacon. Its the same little guy fixing the food. If he can’t do better then he need just home. This is my last time at this one and I work for a big company and Ill make sure to pass it on to them to stop wasting money at this one

I stop here for breakfast one to two times a week. The drive-thru is always fast and accurate. Same fast service inside as well. Everything is always fresh when ordered. I recommend the ham and swiss croissant or the ham and swiss on sourdough for breakfast!! For lunch or dinner, the gyro is delicious! The sliders are always great as well. I prefer the chicken slider or the roast beef slider, but each of them are very good. This location is also very clean and well-kept. Can’t go wrong with Arby’s.
