Best Hot and Sour soup we’ve had this far South. Their moo shu dish has the “breath of a wok” meaning they cook the dish correctly.
Not soggy with cheap sauce. Real mu shoo wraps made fresh. Other dishes are prepared when ordered. Owners and staff are attentive. Place is clean and quiet.

We went here for my son’s birthday and it was super chill and pleasant. They had a very professional place setting with cloth napkins, and the staff were so nice! They said they normally don’t get much dine in traffic because most folks order to go, however I really liked the dine-in experience. Plus their food was excellent! We got a few dishes to serve up family style: Appetizer Sampler, House Fried Rice, Szechuan Beef, Sesame Chicken, and Crispy Smoked Duck. I thought everything was wonderful, but I think my personal favorite was the Crispy Smoked Duck — so tender, crispy, and extremely flavorful! I’m salivating just remembering it! They served it with a tangy plum sauce on the side (kinda like a sweet/smoky BBQ flavor). Anyways, highly recommend and definitely plan on going again!

I’m usually super picky when it comes to Chinese, but I really enjoyed the food here. It wasn’t greasy, and the seasoning was balanced. If one item was bland, the sauce it was paired with had all the flavor which balanced out the food! I ordered chicken egg foo young, steamed dumplings, sesame chicken, and triple delight with fried rice. I found the steamed dumplings bland, but when I heated them up in the oven and then ate them with the sauce, they were good. The chicken egg foo young wasn’t greasy, but it had minimal seasoning. The sauce it comes with was on point, so when mixed together, it made for the perfect bite! I just wish they gave me a bigger container with the sauce! The prices aren’t bad for the amount of food you receive, so for what you’re spending, it is definitely worth it. I will definitely be coming here again!

You know when the food is good that’s one thing, but when you pair good food with great service…it becomes a memorable experience. My family and I have bought take out numerous times from Royal Chef, and they have always been amazing.
However, I had a procedure where I couldn’t really eat what I wanted and was confused on how I could this delicious food while still being even more health conscious. That’s where the amazing Simon came and made my day. He offered different alternatives to what I would normally order, and it was absolutely delicious.
I am super grateful to Simon and the team for always being just attentive, professional and overall great! Thanks again you guys for making my dinner so enjoyable. We will be back.

I used to come here for hibachi because the menu contained Japanese and Chinese food selections. The day before Thanksgiving, I was out and about and wanted some lo mein. I grabbed a large order of the house special lo mein without the shrimp- because my husband can’t have shellfish. I hadn’t had really good lo mein in a while, as my go-to Chinese restaurant down the street from my home makes it okay, but not as flavorful. The lo mein I ordered at Royal Stix did not disappoint- except when I got ready to pay for it. $27 for a large order of lo mein and an order of egg rolls is almost criminal. At other restaurants, this would have probably cost me 18 bucks tops. Although my food was was flavorful, packed with meat, and served hot and fresh, I find it hard to justify charging almost 30 bucks for it.

Update: 7/30/23-
They are very expensive now. They are charging more for Rice!!!! $.50 for white rice! $4 for beef rice. They still barely give you any protein and adding things to make it look more substantial. Spent $44 for 1 meal and 3 appetizers. I will continue to limit my visits.
Food has diminished, and prices have gone up.
This used to be our favorite Chinese Restaurant but we won’t be going as often. I ordered Mongolian Beef and it wasn’t beef, taste more chicken than anything. And a bunch of noodles and onions. My hubby’s sweet and sour sauce was too thick and noodles were greasy!

So disappointed in the fried rice and chicken I received. The chicken had a weird after taste and the fried rice had a burnt taste to it. I got the easiest thing on the menu to make, I won’t ever be back.
