dining room would of been kept better by my 11 year old nephew ‍♂️ where are the standards? does it only apply where you care or where its supposed to? If you need help hire someone, if someones bringing down the crew, fire them. And if you cant figure it out than close the store

I visited this Panda Express and had a good experience overall. The food was fresh, flavorful, and served hot, and the portions were generous. The restaurant was clean, and the staff were friendly and efficient, which made the visit enjoyable. The only downside was that the wait time was longer than expected, which made the experience feel a bit slow. Aside from that, everything else was very good and I would definitely return to this location.

I placed my order 1 hour 10 minutes before pickup time. When I arrived at location my food was not ready at all. Order was 27 minutes late before it was ready. To make things worse the manager on duty couldn’t care less about the delay. Unfortunately this kind of problem is typical for this location. Corporate needs to fix this location badly.

during covid they have fed a lot of customers, well worth the long wait in drive thru. good food.

returned April 2023: able to eat inside. Service line employees seemed odd and inconsistent, probably due to staffing issues. hire who applies. food satisfying although dining room temperature was overly cold. ensures no loitering. eat and leave. fountain machine a plus. on my way out a young lady staff member said she threw up and now closing the lobby for dine in. Where’s the manager? at the end: descent charge for pretty good meal.

update: food was good but dining room was in need of major cleaning. surfaces needed wiped down, trash needed emptied, no staff member came out to tidy up.

I went through drive-through and ordered a Family-meal of kung-pao and broccoli-beef and they did not fill up one of the kung-pao container’s all the way up. That’s almost like $2 worth of food which is not cool and I saw them stacking a new batch of kung-pao on their food counter, freshly made, when I walked in to pick my order. So, it wasn’t like they were out of kung-pao. Either they should pay attention to what they are doing or charge me less money if they are not giving me what I paid for. So, overall NOT a good experience.

Absolutely abysmal service. We put an online order in. Waited 20 minutes, went inside and watched as 12 people were served before our order was made. Ended up waiting 50 minutes before we received our food at A FAST FOOD restaurant. All you have to do is scoop food into a box. Manager was rude when asked if we could at least get comped a drink for the terrible service and never bothered to apologize.

I got delivery through door dash. My favorite part of the meal is the chow mein. But for the last couple times I ordered your food, there has been more cabbage than noodles. I didn’t order cabbage I ordered chow mein. I am very disappointed with this portion of the meal. The picture shows how much cabbage is left over, it was over half cabbage. I had to pull out the noodles individually to eat them. I will not be eating here again unless this changes.

Adrienne H.was almazing, I came through the drive thru on Saturday night 10-05 and ya’ll were super busy,but she was awesome,and had a beautiful smile the whole time!!! And she kept me informed that they were cooking my sweet fire chicken and how long it’d would be.she also hooked me up with some extra Fortune cookies!!! You differently could tell she loved her job and was a People pleaser!!!!
