I will not be giving this location anymore of my money. I come here every single day that I work for a hot latte with caramel that recently has been given to me multiple time with very little to no espresso. I have had it remade a few times correctly and expressed my disappointment in person very politely. Today for maybe the 10th time in a few months It happened again. I am very disappointed but I guess this location does not value my business. If that is the case I will give it to someone else. I feel bad because they are very nice here but I do not have the time to have it remade so often.

Do NOT eat the hash brown s and def do not give them to your kids! They are keeping them near chemicals ! I ate a pack few times I should learned my lesson bc they always taste like chemicals but I kept giving them a try. On Monday morning this week I ate hash browns and my moth started burning and tounge throbbing and no it wasn’t from heat and no I do not have food allergies my doctor said I had a chemical burn.

I used to come here every Friday before I went to work the coffee would be warm cold burnt depends on who was working done would make it fresh but would give it to you with coffee grounds in it then started to come here every Saturday morning coffee is like warm never hot today I came n the coffee was like warm drive around n told the lady she put steamed milk in it to make it hot I don’t like streamed milk in my coffee the the man employee gave me now this is three coffees already same thing it’s like warm so he makes it again n puts steamed milk in it I went in side told him he said you said is t wasn’t hot I said because it wasn’t I don’t want steamed milk in coffee and this was 6:45 am I told him forget it to give me a refund he said the coffee is hot like hell it is four coffee two with steamed milk to make it hot and two regular Luke warmed ones they ate as bad as Somers point Dunkin n marmora it’s crazy

We Ordered a dozen donuts for Father’s Day specific flavors through the app they gave me over half of flavors I did not order. This is not the first time this has happened . Very disappointed and ruined the breakfast my kids picked to surprise their Dad with .
