I love Tropical Smoothie, but this visit was especially great because of the girl who took my order, Kenzie was an absolute doll. super friendly, welcoming, and just had the best energy. She made the whole experience feel easy and positive, not rushed at all. The smoothie was fresh and delicious as always, but her kindness honestly made my day. Definitely coming back!

I go to this location multiple times a week. My order is always done quickly and accurately. Customer service is also really great and I am always greeted by name. I’ve even convinced some of my coworkers to also order. Will continue using this location as my favorite morning stop!

Worse place ever. Order placed correctly but made incorrectly.
2 nd order made incorrectly mind you the original order. When you ask for light granola you get no granola. Over it just give me my dam ascai bowl.

I worked at 2 locations when I was younger, worked at TPC events, and am frustrated to pay for a $10 smoothie that is so watered down it has ZERO taste because they don’t know how to blend a smoothie with Splenda. Drove an hour for this and will never come back. Threw the smoothie away after 2 sips.
