The food here is absolutely delicious! I’ve been coming for years, and it never disappoints. There truly isn’t a single item on the menu that I don’t enjoy, which speaks to the consistency and care behind every dish. It’s clear that the sous chef, Martina, is a major part of what makes this place so special.
Some of my favorites are the mussels, the octopus, the keftedes, and honestly any of the salads because they’re always incredibly fresh. The dessert menu rotates, but it’s always made with high quality ingredients and thoughtfully prepared. They also have a great drink selection, and the bartender, James, makes the experience even better.
To this day, it’s still the best food I’ve ever eaten.

The food here is fantastic! Three of us split the Mezze Lunch which is your choice of three appetizers. We had calamari, zucchini fritters, and octopus. I would get all of those again just for myself if I could. The hummus with the octopus was delicious as was the tzatziki with the fritters.
For my main, I had the quinoa and burrata salad and added local shrimp. After the heavier apps, the salad was nice and light. My lunch mates both had the lamb gyro and were highly complimentary as well. Plenty of parking with indoor and outdoor seating. Will have to come back for dinner soon!

This was such a great experience all the food is amazing and cooked correctly! A little too noisy in here, but atmosphere is great. They offer outside seating which is luxurious. The waiters will take your drink before you finish it, so speak up. Overall great place.

My wife and I had a really good meal at Philosohia. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. It doesn’t rate five stars, however, because the beet salad had only a few small bits of beet and the waiter made a mistake on our bill charging us for a more expensive drink than the one I ordered. The tables in the front of the house are really close together
, so – if you ask for a quiet table – you’ll be relegated to the area near the kitchen and where the servers hang out when perhaps they should be being more attentive to their guests.

We had a wonderful dining experience at Philosophia last night. Justin, our waiter, provided the best and most gracious service. The beet and burrata salad, pastitsio for me and the seafood youvetsi for my husband were all amazingly delicious. It was as close to a perfect dining experience as we could get. Thank you! We recently celebrated two birthdays at this restaurant and had an amazing experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. Our reservation was honored promptly, and the table was ready for us.
Our server, Kathy or Katie (apologies if I mistyped your name), was outstanding—friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the evening. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and served quickly. We were truly impressed with the level of service.
A special highlight was the complimentary desserts, which added a thoughtful and generous touch to our celebration. The atmosphere of the restaurant was warm and inviting, making the experience even more enjoyable.
Overall, we had a fantastic time and will definitely be returning soon!

Keftedes (meatballs) tzatziki (white dill dip) & Pastitsio (lasagna looking dish) were my faves! Absolutely wonderful place for date night! The Spanakopita is more of a spinach dip between phyllo but that being said I’m a tough customer being Greek and having the best Spanakopita in the family. I’m also so sorry that I cannot recall the waiters name but he was FABULOUS. Glasses and a tattoo close to his neck he was knowledgeable and extremely aware/diligent even with a full house. The Pastitsio is not with traditional tube pasta – it is with lasagna pasta and this is GENIUS because in a dish that typically is difficult to eat without your face and plate looking like a murder scene from mafia movie – you actually get to have the full flavor of a traditional Greek Pastitsio with the meat and sweat sauce and the noodles hold it together nicely. YiaYia would be proud of this version of the dish. The meatballs (and sauce) tasted like my mother’s. Delish! The Hummus was also old school Greek with actual chunks – I got so used to factory whipped smooth hummus that I forgot how it was supposed to be! And very yummy. I will also add that the tzatziki was perfection. The lemon and dill were both in perfect ratio. You have to order the Trio for sure. We will 100% return. I will add (and I thought about not including this but it might be helpful to many and it’s a fact of life) 9/10 times hubby and I eat Greek we have a 2nd date night on the toilet and that did NOT happen here. Very fresh very well cooked high quality ingredients. Very fairly priced for what you get. Greek wife approved.

absolute gem of a restaurant located in a nondescript strip mall off the highway. ate the dip trio, greek salad, saganaki, and spanakorizo. the trio also featured a pimento dip which was unique to other greek places i’ve been to. everything was flavorful, fresh, and extremely affordable imo. left stuffed and happy and only spent around $65 not including tip. unfortunately we are not from the area but would definitely be back if we were!

One of the all time great values in Chuck for the Lunch Mezze! Went on a whim when needing a quick bite. Decided on the Lunch Mezze special which is 4 things from the starter menu for $37 bucks – a 3 dip plater of Tzatziki, hummus, and “greek pimento” with a huge bowl of pita. We chose the lamb meatballs, octopus, and the fried Spanakopita. All amazing. The meatballs were delish and the sauce is fresh, bright, and bursting with flavor. Sauce alone made the dish. Octopus was super tender and grilled to perfection. Fried Spanakopita was a harder, crunchy shell, and with a tasty sauce. The bourbon smash was a fantastic summer drink.
Wife and I walked out fully stuffed with to go box with a cocktail out the door at $61 (without tip). Wow.
We will gladly return! Probably the best Greek in town, if not some of the best Mediterranean in town.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Philosophia! The food was truly delicious — every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The atmosphere was romantic and cozy, perfect for a special evening. To top it all off, we even received a complimentary dish from the chef, which was a lovely and unexpected touch. We extremely recommend Philosophia to anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience!
