Good Hawaiian-style food with flavor from this chain. My location has added options/specials that change weekly like Ube Cheesecake or Thai Tea with boba. The Loco Moco, BBQ chicken & Mac Salad are my favorites.

This L&L location is a ripoff one. Do not go here. A Half & Half plate is $18.75 so $3 more compared to other locations in the area. They also charge $1 if you order Short Rib. Also charge $0.50 for switching steam veggies. Other locations none of these extra charge.
When I brought up to employees, they said nothing they can do or answer. All decided by management or owner. So really, this franchise owner just want to rip customer off. L&L is not supposed to be this ridiculously expensive.
At least, the employee is very helpful and attentive to my complaint. I revised it to 5 star of service. Cashier man called the manager to help me with the full refund. I couldn’t even finish their bad-quality food plus tolerating the ripoff. Kudos to employee team, and sorry for being a pain to make a point to the greedy managements. I will take next step to report to the actual L&L corporation

Very friendly staff. They take care of each customer and make sure all orders are correct. The inside is clean and a comfortable temperature. The food itself is pretty decent. It’s essentially fast food Hawaiian style. You’re not going to get super authentic Hawaiian food, but that’s not the point of this chain.

Garlic shrimp just like off an Oahu shrimp truck–but better! They have the “lighter” option where you get brown rice and a big salad instead of white rice and macaroni salad. You’ll never find that at a shrimp truck! The whole meal is only about 270 calories! You get about 8 shrimp, so it’s still a decent portion. The shrimp are drenched in garlicky goodness. Yum!

5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐ being that I’m from the Hawaiian island I have always tasted different types of foods that comes made fresh by L&L prepared & service. The workers are friendly they greet you with ALOHA welcoming there guests with old hawaiian music playing softly in back ground its a quet clean establishment I love all Of Hawaii’s local foods and L&L got almost all the delicious foods.

So disappointed. Chicken katsu no sauce , difficult ordering over phone . My whole order cost over $40 n had no utensils , napkins n no katsu sauce. Katsu was over cooked and spam saimin broth was tasteless

Stopped in to grab a katsu plate as I always order the same at any Hawaiian foid joint. From islands so I know what to expect. It was crowded with Uver pickup peeps. 7. I figure I had 20min wait. Cook was solo and he knock it out fast. 8min. All those waiting had multiple orders. He was amazingly fast. Tastes normal. Good. Other places put cabbage on bed but none here. Not be expected. I’d call.order in by phone before 15mi. Pickup.
