Really solid sushi. I ordered delivery and it all came in delicious quality. Their menu on grubhub is a little lengthy and somewhat confusing, at least for me. In all honesty, that might just be me. But it would help if everything had pictures.

Ichiban Sushi & Bar is just okay. The food is acceptable, but nothing really stands out. Sushi quality and presentation are average, and the experience doesn’t quite match the price or expectations.
Service and wait times can vary depending on how busy it is. Overall, it’s fine if you’re already in the area, but not a place I would go out of my way to visit.

My wife and I are from the San Fernando Valley and a coworker of mine told me about this restaurant and we were in the neighborhood so we figured that we would try it. We were very pleasantly surprised at how wonderful the food was. As soon as you enter the place the atmosphere is so beautiful and calming. We were seated right away. There are so many selections to choose from. They had Blue Fin on the menu but when I ordered it they were all ready out of it so I got Toro instead and I was very glad I did. It was some of the best Toro I had ever eaten before and so was the Yellowtail Collar. My wife and I also ordered some Sushi and everything was so fresh and delicious . We will be returning for sure. It is worth the drive if you love great Sushi. You won’t be sorry that you went.

We signed up and we waited. Waited a long time. I had to come up and ask when we will be seated. Then afterwards we were seated .
Upon seating on the table. We noticed there was no utensil. I did not receive any napkins or choptick to eat the food when they came in. I had to asked.
The food was mid. Hopefully the service can be improve in the future. It looks promising.

Had dinner at Ichiban Sushi & Bar in Santa Clarita — everything was absolutely delicious and incredibly fresh!
We ordered Mango Roll, Philadelphia Roll, Cucumber Salad, 300ml Sake, Sapporo Beer, and a Bento Box with grilled beef and a California Roll.
Every dish was prepared perfectly — the fish was super fresh, the rolls were neat and flavorful, and the grilled beef in the bento was juicy and tender.
The staff were friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was cozy and relaxing.
Definitely one of the best sushi spots in Santa Clarita. Highly recommend this place!

Fantastic midweek sushi dinner. All of the rolls have wonderful flavours and there is a wide variety of options. We did order a tuna roll that we never got but still gets 5 stars because everything else we had was tasty and things happen.

The atmosphere is wonderfully tranquil, and the staff consistently demonstrates exceptional friendliness and patience when taking our orders. Furthermore, parking is readily available, and we have always been able to find seating during our visits.
