Will NOT be back to eat here again. Flies were landing on our food…tea was old and sour…bell peppers were rotten ….meats tasted funny…and look the crust. Does that look hand tossed? Flat and ugh… this place has gone to TRASH! Jehnsenn( my son) even said the marinara tasted spicy! ( meaning that was also OLD ) You know what we did with the leftovers? Threw it in the dumpster! Definitely our last visit. We’ll stick to Little Ceasars.

This place is a hit or miss. Sometimes food is spot on and others its undercooked are made incorrectly. Seems that they change management here very often for whatever reason. Haven’t been in awhile due to issues with the quality of the food.

I ordered food for my staff. And it was 2 hours late and cold when we tried to call we was out on an extended hold for a round 5 to 10 min and when we did reach some one we was hung up on. So i went im to see if this could be made right. Upon entering the pizza hut the (GM Crystal) saw my uniform and admittedly became confrontational stating that her delivery driver came to our location three times were there were multiple people at the location who would have saw him come in. When i was asked how is she going make this 56 dollar order right she became more rude and i asked is this how your supposed to treat customers. Then she called her Boss and tried to make it as though i was wrong and said she would call the police i wonder why when i did not do anything but try to get hot pizza for my staff who have been waiting 2 hours . the refund was given but horrible service. I only gave it 5 stars bc of the 2 workers. We could only get bottled drinks but we could have tea also. There was no salad bar or buffet it was closed. The food was delicious and the 2 workers were very nice and helpful but the place itself was bad, it had black mold in the ceilings that had been painted over but u could still see it, and it was just in bad shape. We didn’t realize any of this until after we had ordered and sat down. The actual kitchen area looked clean so that was good but the building itself probably needs to be closed down

I have never seen a more disgusting Pizza Hut in my life. The only worker there had brought her son to work and LUCKILY he told her I was there to pick up my order. Following, she then began to question me and tell me I had not ordered through GrubHub… after that she found out that she wasn’t logged in to her tablet to receive orders properly. At this point I handed her my phone to see that I had been charged $68 dollars, I then asked for my phone back and she WOULD NOT give it back to me, then she states she’s just going to cancel the order and that I should have just ordered through Pizza Hut… the manager she contacted on the phone couldn’t even help her because she wouldn’t listen… after the phone call with her manager, she began to berate her manager to me. Garbage service, from a garbage human being.

Server with the pink hair was going above and beyond, giving her all working by herself! This lovely lady def needs a raise/promotion and all the tips she can get bc she handle this store amazingly. Offered to bring my food out to my vehicle even though working alone. Cherish this person pizza hut! Not often you have this great of service.

Waited hours for our pizza. Called twice. First one they said they gave it to Door Dash and he stole it. Second one took another hour. Offered nothing for our trouble. Guess we’ll stick with Domino’s.
