My fiancée and I came here tonight using some gift cards. Just the night before, we had friends tell us about a troubling experience where the assistant manager accused them of smelling like alcohol when they walked in and confronted them at their table. Considering this location has a bar and serves alcohol, and as long as someone isn’t causing an issue, that really shouldn’t be anyone’s concern.
Despite that, we decided to give it a try since it’s close by. We were immediately seated in the bar area — something I probably should have spoken up about but didn’t. At first, the service was okay. Our waitress took our appetizer and drink orders, and later came back for our entrées. The appetizers came out great, and she did a good job keeping our sodas filled.
Once our meals came out, however, we never saw our waitress again. My fiancée made eye contact with her several times, but we still weren’t checked on. I had an issue with my Parmesan chicken — it was hard as a rock. After waiting over 30 minutes, the manager finally came over. I mentioned the issue, and she acknowledged she could tell just by looking at it. I explained that we hadn’t seen our waitress and at that point wasn’t interested in a remake. She did take some off the bill, which I appreciated.
I likely would have still tipped, but my fiancée was understandably upset after waiting so long with no service. We paid and left. I’ve eaten here my whole life, but honestly, the last six or seven visits haven’t been great experiences.
I do want to say the staff we interacted with were very nice. It was clear our server was overwhelmed, as she was both bartending and serving tables, which is likely why the manager eventually stepped in. I hope some changes are made, because this location used to be much better.

Jerry was absolutely awesome! From the moment we sat down, he was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. Drinks were always full, food came out hot and exactly how we ordered it, and he checked in just the right amount without being overbearing. You can tell he really cares about his customers and takes pride in his service. Easily one of the best experiences I’ve had at Applebee’s ask for Jerry if you’re there!

Definitely gotta try the Ribeye mine was juicy and tender and one heck of a steak for sure. Also the servers are friendly and exceptional. Definitely a great experience for my dining experience. The decorations are also super warming.
